Room are a little small but very nice. Option to pay extra for parking is a little bit of a hack.. since they’re no parking space anywhere. Parking should be included in the price.

The location is close to most major attractions in downtown Ottawa. Everything is walkable from ARC The Hotel. Lots of dining options in the area and Uber rides are very affordable to most places including the airport. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. Would recommend booking here and I will be staying again!

The staff were friendly and efficient. I had a small problem and the repairman was there within 5 minutes of reporting it to take care of it. For some reason, the water in the shower was almost always cold. The facilities were spotlessly clean.

Great location downtown and great price compared with other options in the vicinity. Rooms a little small and my view was of the building (very close) next door. However staff were quick and efficient and friendly so overall it was a great stay.

The parking situatuon at this hotel is quite awful. Tight alleyway to the underground parking allows one car in or out at a time.. the hotel itself isnt anything special at all. Our room was bland and boring but it did have a fridge. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it faced the parking lot out back and just a wall. This place isnt anything special at all and the location isnt that great. Id pick something else next time but I doubt id return to ottawa.

There was no hot water at 6:30am. The phone wasnt working, nor the coffee maker. We were moved to another, but smaller room for the 2nd night

Nice stay right downtown Ottawa close to everything. The room is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is a decent dining option with reasonable prices. However the building, furniture and carpets need updating. The walls are not soundproof, you can hear neighbours taking a shower. Old plumbing, shower is making noises.
