Cleanliness Concerns Impact Overall Experience
My recent stay at this rental left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to cleanliness concerns. The discovery of a dirty sock and hair in the shower, coupled with neglect in cleaning bathroom areas, significantly impacted my experience. I had to undertake a thorough cleaning, using bleach to sanitize the shower, scrubbing the walls and floor before it was suitable for use. Although the location and basic amenities were satisfactory, addressing these cleanliness issues is essential for an enhanced stay in the future. Additionally, the undisclosed 6-ft ceiling in the living room may cause discomfort for taller guests; one of our guests even had to crouch over in the living room.

Hello Ana: Thank you for choosing my property for your recent stay and thanks for treating it the way you'd want others to treat yours. I am sorry that your experience with regards to the cleanliness was negative. All of our guests have not complained about the untidiness. Not sure what happened there. We make sure that we clean before our next guest arrives. I am sorry that may not have been the case with you. You also complained about the ceiling height. I believe we disclosed in our listing that the height is less than 7 ft. I am glad that you liked our location, the patio and other amenities. Rest assured that the next time you come, if you decide to do so, you'd meet the property in squeaky clean condition.

Close To Everything
This is spacious for a family of 3. Grocery store and restaurants are walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood in Oakland.
