"We showed up to find another family in the apartment … left stranded with no where to stay after a 6 hour drive. It was disgusting anyways and in the middle of crackville … the other family had to wait over two hours for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning, so even though f I got to stay it wasn’t even clean or ready vrbo did nothing to resolve the issue of me being stranded the owner hasn’t refunded me yet either"

"It was a lovely, very clean property and had the most comfortable bed! We also had the most adorable visit as we were leaving, gorgeous little dog! So friendly! My only complaint, and it’s really not a complaint but an observation and suggestion, is that there was no creamer or coffee mate for the coffee (there was everything else though) and the only mirror was in the bathroom (no full length mirror to use when getting ready)! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again if we are ever...

Iwas there for my 23 anniversary (wedding) so i requested to have the room decorated as a surprise to my wife. My wife was so happy and surprised, overall amazing experience."

"I was overall satisfied with the stay. The only concern I had was that I wasn't informed that a change in accommodation was needed (the apartment I initially booked had water problems) until AFTER I reached out about the check-in process the day before. I received a response back on the day I was checking in, even though the problem had obviously occurred if not days, weeks beforehand and it seemed I wasn't going to be told about this until I showed up. This could have been a bigger problem...
