"My wife and I recently stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. "It’s nice here. Parking for hotel is limited but I like that you’re allowed to park wherever there’s a meter from 4pm-8am. They have a paid garage connected as well. I didn’t like that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. So if you want to order/ hv something delivered because you are too tired to go out, it defeats the purpose because you will have to go downstairs to get it from front desk because you can’t use the elevator unless you have a room key."

"We enjoyed our stay and our room was wonderful. Our only problem was with the morning staff at the Starbucks cafe. Both mornings we ordered from the same staff member they were rude and inconsiderate. We didn’t do anything wrong and did not understand why this staff member was rude to us. We only ordered two coffees and two food items. "

"Was clean and modern. Walking distance to everything. Can for HOF and guardians game and was easily walkable. Room was fresh and modern with everything I needed. Had breakfast at the Burnham and wasn’t disappointed both times. Would definitely stay there again"
