Do not expect a multi star rated hotel experience, but a welcoming local place with great atmosphere and lots of attention do detail. Several good dining options: The Lakey inhouse, and the Informalist and Monalisas nearby. Situated in the middle of town, right next to Chippewa river that offers exellent routes for a morning jog or biking, hiking or canoing if you have time."

"We stayed here because we had a livestock show close by. The parking lot was not big enough for a truck and trailer so we had to take our animals to the fair grounds and leave them for the night. We were not aware that the parking lot would be so small. Everything else was great! And we really appreciated the fact that the breakfast was out early so we could eat before we left for the show!"
