"The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared."

If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. "We took a trip to Chicago to take in a three game series between our beloved Padres and Cubs at one of baseball's cathedrals. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. "Staying at The River Hotel Chicago was a excellent experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice with a great view, the location was just in the middle of everything and right a cross the river. There was free coffee on the second floor, and purified water in the hall. "
