Et fint hotel men alt for dyrt i forhold til standard og beliggenhed. For lidt personale til ind/udtjekning. Rengøring manglede nogle dage og andre dage blev der først gjort rent kl 20

Don’t go there!
Doves jumping around the tables during breakfast eating from the plates. The hotel facilities were closed several days/evenings during our stay for private parties. When we contacted the hotel management, they never replied. A sun bed at the hotel beach club costs 28-32 EUR for hotel guests, and by the pool, we had to wait for a sun bed if we didn’t show up early in the morning.

God afslutning på en dejlig ferie i Sydfrankrig
Vi havde en tidlig fly fra Nice, så frem for at køre endnu tidligere fra sommerhuset ved Hyeres - tog vi til Nice den sidste dag og havde en super sidste dag på sommerferien på Radisson hotellet. Totalt afslapning med at starte dagen med en god morgenmad, en tur i poolen, en tur med Tram’en ind til centrum af Nice - tilbage i poolen og afslutte dagen med en god middag byen. Værelset var perfekt til en familien på 4 - en god dobbeltseng og en fin slå sofa - en fin altan med udsigt ud over Strandpromenaden. Alt i alt en god oplevelse - og meget lidt stressende at kun have 5 minutter i bil til lufthavnen

Meget højt serviceniveau
Helt fantastisk service overalt på hotellet lige fra indtjekning til morgenmadsservice, hjælpsom concierge samt god betjening i hotellets restaurant .På hotellets strandrestaurant mødte vi exceptionel høj service begge dage og højt niveau også hvad angik måltiderne der. Vi har boet på hotellet flere gange og det høje serviceniveau gør, at vi helt sikkert returnerer. Tak for to fantastiske dage.

Super beliggenhed Venligt personale Dejlig pool på taget Vi blev sprunget over mht til værelses rengøring et par gange, lidt træls. Priser på værelser, i bar, i restaurant og på stranden er i den lidt for dyre ende i forhold til hvad det er. Men alt i alt en dejlig ferie :-)

This was a great place for us to stay given it’s location to the beach, walkway to city center and old town and for those days we were tired, we took the Tram just behind the hotel. Only Pascal was helpful. The other staff struggled to understand us as we mostly spoke English. This resulted in us not being able to order room service or get the front desk to help us make change/smaller bills for tips around the hotel. Pool staff girl nice was haggard and we didn’t want to bother her for drinks cause she was so tired and busy.

Ideal location to explore Nice. Right along the coast with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant very much.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️

Below Expectations at Radisson Blu
Expecting the high standards synonymous with the Radisson Blu brand, my stay at the Promenade des Anglais location in Nice was disappointing. Initial communication challenges set a disheartening tone, with unanswered inquiries about parking. Upon arrival, the lack of responsiveness from the front desk and a malfunctioning parking gate intercom were early indicators of service deficiencies. The room's condition further detracted from the experience. An unplugged minibar, a malfunctioning soap dispenser, and décor featuring poorly applied fake-wood stickers highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, cleanliness concerns were raised by red stains on bathroom tiles and hair in the bathtub not belonging to me. Bar service was inadequate, with a limited selection of beers. The culinary quality was also lacking, as evidenced by a hastily prepared burger that seemed microwaved. Housekeeping services were below expectations, with missed replenishments and inadequate cleaning. This stay revealed a significant gap between the advertised Radisson Blu standards and the reality, emphasizing a need for improvement in service, maintenance, and overall attention to detail.

Great view and location
Lovely hotel, room was really spacious and had all facilities needed. Just needed water and coffee provisions to be replenished in the room daily and also a better area for eating downstairs. Food was excellent. Great location for sightseeing

Excelente atendimento, quartos muitos lindos e limpos. Vista para mar é maravilhosa. Tivemos o privilégio de sermos atendidos tanto no checkin quanto no checkout, pela simpática recepcionista a Sra Liz, parabéns pela sua educação e atendimento.

Nice hotel and good size room, great view
We had a sea view which was fantastic to wake up to. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The chair was broken though and room service missed is out one day so had to get pir own towels etc. It was impossible to get tea and coffee replenished in the room especially as we like a cuppa first thing. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant our first night and really enjoyed it. Easy to catch the tram into Nice or the train to Monaco
