Alt er godt undtagen betjeningen i poo-up cafeen.
Beliggenheden passer præcis til hvad vi kan lide. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme. Eneste minus et pop-up cafeen i lobbyen, som skulle åbne kl syv, men først var klar til betjening omkring 0730. Manden i cafeen var hverken venlig eller imødekommende :(

The first days I didn’t get any water in my room even though your reception promised that I would get some delivered to the room. It was not until day 3 where I asked in the reception again that I was informed that I had to pick it up myself in the cafe/restaurant area. Which had the impact that I had to buy water the first 2 days despite that I had paid the extremely high Resort-fee :( The room was extremely cold and I was unable to put heat on and asked for extra blanket. Again the reception promised to deliver it to me later that day but that didn’t happen. Not until the next day where I had call the reception in the evening before getting the extra blanket.

God beliggenhed- dårlig service
Værelset havde hvert 10 min. en meget kraftig lyd fra en kompresser i varmeanlægget, så jeg bad om et andet værelse med det samme. Jeg fik af vide af receptionen, at jeg som det første næste morgen ville blive flyttet. Receptionen kendte dog intet til denne aftale næste morgen, så jeg bad dem flytte mig i løbet af dagen. Om aftenen kendte den nu tredje receptionist intet til dette. Alle værelser på samme etage viste sig at have samme problem med en kompresser, og de værelser der ikke havde dette problem var nu optaget. Løsningen, som hotellet gav mig var, at slukke for varmen i rummet, men i stedet bruge en lille transportabel varmeapparat og 4 tæpper. Ikke ligefremt en 4-stjernet oplevelse!. Ingen fra hotellet fulgte op på dette senere. Morgenmaden/roomservice begyndte først kl 10, og der kan ikke engang bestilles kaffe til vær. Havde vi vidst dette havde vi valgt at bo andet sted. Jeg bad om at få en kedel, en kop og en ske sendt til værelset. Kedlen kom – de andre ting så jeg intet til trods for jeg rykkede flere gange. Både min kollega og jeg fik kraftig diare efter at have spist i restauranten, hvilket varede i flere dage. Dette ødelagde totalt 3 fulde dage for os. Vi gav receptionen besked om dette, og de lovede at fjerne maden fra vores regninger. Da vi tjekkede ud, var dette ikke sket og da vi gjorde opmærksom på dette fik vi en kompensation på 200 USD ud af de over 3.000 USD vores samlede regning var på. Ikke imponerende. Jeg kommer helt sikkert ikke tilbage.

I arrived and they said they didn’t have a room for me, it was getting later in the evening and I had a difficult time finding an another hotel for the night. Gentleman at front desk was very nice, but manager was awful. He had me wait around l just to tell me he didn’t actually even have the room I had already booked.

At checkout there was a $500 charge for smoking in the room. This would be understandable if, say, I had smoked/vaped in the room, but I hadn't. I don't even smoke or vape in general! Upon discovering this, I informed the front desk staff of the error and hoped to see it resolved. To my disappointment, the manager on duty was less than helpful (promised to "conduct an investigation" but I've seen no evidence to that effect, said she'd email me a copy of the smoke sensor report and never did, etc.). For the significant price (I paid over $500 USD per night), one would hope for better customer service than this. At a minimum, one would hope not to be charged unnecessary fees.

This hotel and its management are a complete joke. Not only was I mistreated as a guest, but I was also charged a fraudulent smoking fee even though I don't even smoke. When I disputed the charge, I was asked to provide proof that I wasn't at the hotel during the time of the incident and had to give a geotagged photo. The hotel managers were disrespectful and beyond rude, the hotel was dingy and run-down. I would advise booking elsewhere 0/10 stars. And shame on the management for their lack of professionalism and scam for charges.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, a pretty bar/restaurant and friendly staff. Great location too. Having stayed in many different hotels throughout Manhattan, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Nomo five years ago and had a lovely experience, however this trip I found the room to be very worn down - the carpet and curtains had stains, the headboard on the bed was peeling apart, and the bathroom didn't have cups, q-tips, shower cap, cotton balls, etc. I think cleanliness and basic amenities should be standard with a four star hotel booking - especially when a Premium (upgraded) room is booked. When I asked for a late check out, it became a negotiation and I ended up paying $80.

Terrible terrible hotel. Stay away from this place at all costs. They charged our card $500 for “smoking in the room” when we do not smoke and we were not even in the hotel at the time the smoke was detected, which we also had proof of due to us all having GPS trackers on our phones when travelling for safety reasons. They refuse to refund us (we are from Canada, $500 is almost $1000 for us) and we cannot afford this charge. Do not stay here unless you want to be exploited. This establishment ruined my trip to NYC and they will ruin it for you too.

Our room was small for the price we paid for our room. The bed seemed like it was a queen and not a king. The sink is located outside of the bathroom and into the bedroom. The room didn’t have a fridge so we couldn’t store the food in the room. The sink didn’t have a cup nor hand soap. Overall, the room didn’t satisfy us and we were really disappointed.

Pésimo fui al restaurante del hotel me dieron una sopa de papa podrida y un pollo crudo las bebidas nunca llegaron y la señora encargada no quiso hacer válida mi promoción que me dio expedía luego a las 2 de la mañana la Alarma de incendios se activó y tuve que bajar con mi esposa 24 pisos por las escaleras y al bajar nos dicen que es una fuga de agua que afectó la alarma y por eso sonó pedí devolución de esa noche por el problema y no les importó y aparte nos hicieron volver a subir por las escaleras otra ves los 24 pisos mi estadía fue pésima no lo recomiendo

This was my third stay here. I really like it. It is in a fantastic location and I love the scent in the lobby. It is always an enjoyable experience. My only feedback would be for the lobby bathrooms to be cleaned more frequently throughout the day. The few times I used them, they were dirty. I look forward to visiting again soon!

This company is scamming people. They charge a “smoking fee” that’s 500 dollars. They claimed we smoked the 1st 10 mins of checking in for 1 hour?! I DO NOT SMOKE AT PERIOD! It gives me an a headache. This false claim seems to be a reoccurring issues from multiple guest! The product they used for this smoke detector is called Rest sensor…The establishment had air filters that would beyond old and past due to be changed! Disgusting! The backboards on the bed were vinyl and chipping away. The room service was sub par…

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, starting from the archway with plants. And that's not the only instagrammable spot in the hotel! The hotel room is clean and water pressure in the bathroom is very strong - such a great experience in general.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was so good we had it twice while we were there! It was close to shopping for Christmas, we walked all over. The beds were comfortable (wish they had queens but they are tough to find). There's an Ed's Lobster House across the street that was casual and fun and the food was delicious. We ate there the first night we got in, and it was really nice to be able to just walk over after our long flight. Can't say enough good things about this hotel - we loved it!

The hotel is very pretty and clean. Nice decoration. Good restaurant, although expensive. Too many charges when you pay the total of the room.
