"Nice enough, well equipped apartment, but the general feeling was worn. The entrance/stairway to the apartment didn't give a good impression, but inside it was clean and functional, if again in need of a modern refurb. We were only one night and had a wedding party near us, which was not good as they were out on the balconies around us until 3am drinking/talking loudly. "Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...
