"We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset...

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and we definitely overpacked. This place had all the amenities of home that we didn't need our extras that we packed since it was all there for us. Location was great as town was a quick 5 minute walk to Centre St. Will definitely stay here again and could not say enough positive things about this...

About 1.5 miles from town, local bakery and coffee shop at 45 surfside in, Stop and Shop behind the high school, close by, 2.2 miles to the beach, nice local restaurants nearby - Muse, Gaslight. Property had great amentias, well stocked. I would definitely stay there again!"

"On Nantucket for the very first time for our daughter’s wedding, this home suited us and our adult children and their spouses perfectly. It was spacious, immaculate and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Plus, enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready for the rehearsal and wedding festivities simultaneously. The pool and fire pit were the icing on the cake! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the wedding was magical. Josh and Sandy could not...

"Lovely home, private beach, had a great time. People should be aware that the airport is next to the property so there is noise from takeoff's & landings, fairly frequent, however it does not spoil the stay. Due to closeness of the beach the first floor was damp including the sheets and any clothing but you can use the dryer. A dehumidifier might help. Overall a great location and home."

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, so eating in was easy and enjoyable. There is a great outdoor / private seating area in the back. Outdoor shower was a bonus! Will be back!"
