Value for money hotel
DEJLIG oplevelse - super fin service - fint værelse med stort badeværelse. Morgenmadsbuffet vældig velsmagende og varieret. Klar anbefaling - value for money hotel 👏👏👍

Super beliggenhed!
Super beliggenhed tæt på hovedbanegården, butikker og restauranter. Vi havde et værelse med et lille køkken, og det var perfekt til at lave morgenmad. Der ligger også en skøn morgenmads restaurant i samme bygning som hotellet :)

Hotellets beliggenhed var fantastisk alt var ok .. nær 2 ting tidligere gæster havde sat en pose oppe ved røgalarmen så den ikke kunne aktiveres hvis man røg i værelset :( så mit værelse stank af røg og jeg er ikke ryger ... jeg måtte ikke få et nyt værelse!! Og den anden var at room service sagde at vi skulle til at skynde os ud af værelset da hun skulle gøre rent og snart havde fyraften kl 11.00...

The Aircon in both the bed room and bath room was so noisy, that even silicon ear plugs didn't help to stop the noise. The fan was on the lowest setting, but it was not possible to turn it off completely (a security pin would have been required). Also, the check-in experience is not great. There is only one online check-in terminal available at the entrance, this means if there is more than one person checking in, you have to stand out side the hotel door (potentially in the rain). I've stayed at the other King's Hotels in Munich and unfortunately this was the worst experience. I won't be staying there again

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and once there plenty of mass transit options are available. Self-service check-in went smoothly. The room was immaculately clean and I enjoyed that it had a sitting area separate from the bed area. Nice décor, it felt like a hotel more upscale than the price indicated. Nice bathroom and large shower. They have an interesting program where you can pass on housekeeping and "earn" a $10 voucher towards drinks or breakfast at their sister hotel across the street. We used this to enjoy a very nice buffet breakfast at half price. They have self-service laundry in the basement at a reasonable price. You can add a kitchenette to the room for an additional 20 euro/night if desired. The hotel itself was well kept and felt safe with a key needed to enter the main lobby and also the hallway or elevator to get to the rooms. My only issue as a female was I would have felt uncomfortable walking around the neighborhood by myself at night. I was with my husband and even so I noticed men looking at me. The area appears to have a high middle eastern population, and at night it was pretty much all men at the restaurants and men's clubs in the area. I personally feel more comfortable when there are other women at the establishments and walking about. I gave an "average" score to staff because I never saw any and only communicated via messaging. They were responsive within a reasonable time.

A nice property. I wish instructions for breakfast voucher were clearer. The sink was draining slowly but the staff responded to request to fix and did it in a timely fashion.

No front desk, convenient automated check-in and check-out, spacious room, very clean, comfortable, quiet, room equip with small fridge, silverware and plates, easy access to metro and train station, restaurants nearby, not too bad of a walking distance to Munich marienplatz square. En general la habitación están bien y limpia cerca de la central. Así que sí, estás unos pocos días y llegas a entrenas conveniente. Lo único malo es que el checking sólo se puede hacer a través de una computadora.

The hotel itself was very nice, although was odd that there was no 'front desk' or person to work with upon arrival/departure. Had a parking lot across the street we were able to park in, although we were not told (could only email staff) it wasn't accessible before 6am, and we had a 6:10a flight...so caused a bit of a concern when we went to leave and had to scramble to find someone to assist getting out. Luckily we were able to! Area around the hotel (park in particular) seemed a little 'sketchy' and we were careful not to walk through later in the evenings. Hotel itself was great other than it was too warm. (Kept windows and doors open when we were there). Room had a nice patio to sit out on.

I did not like this hotel. I was not aware there was no lobby and no staff, the description of hotel is clear on that, but wasn't aware there was NO staff in property to help with anything. All is automated. The room was no very clean, felt dusty and found webs between furniture. Stayed for 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The area is not that nice, somewhat sketchy. It is not near to any attraction, but has a metro station very close. In general, i wouldn't recommend this property. Cant review the service, because there was no service given at all, by anyone.

Dear Jose,thank you very much for taking the time to review us.We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us, unfortunately, we cannot fully understand the remark about the service, since we have it written everywhere, that there is noone in this hotel, however you have a help phone in our lobby which you can pick up to be forwarded to one of our employees.Regarding the room not being cleaned, i can see that you used the do not disturbe button inside of the room, this is why our housekeeping did not enter and clean your room.We can also not fully understand the remark about our location, since we are located right next to the central station, there are many sights close to us, such as the Karlsplatz as well as for example the Königsplatz as well as the museum part of munich, these are all within 5 walking minutes from the hotel.Best regardsKING's HOTELsBest regardsKING's HOTELs

酒店採取全自助式服務，沒有任何職員在場 。check in 前酒店不會提供行李寄存服務，需自行到火車站寄存 ，但check out後有提供 。大堂有提供水果和水 ，可以自行取用 。

The hotel is fine, however hen booking I was lead to believe that there were kitchen facilities in the room so booked, however on arrival the units are locked and you have to pay a further €38 to unlock this facility. This was not clear at the point of booking so misleading.

ミュンヘン中央駅と空港へのシャトルバス乗り場から徒歩5分程で、近くにスーパーや飲食店もある便利な立地です。 入口のタブレットでセルフチェックイン/アウトの手続きをします。日本語表記はありませんが、氏名か予約番号を入力すると検索されるので、予約が表示されたら氏名や住所等を入力し、最後に署名をして、置いてあるカードをリーダーに乗せると部屋番号が登録されてチェックイン完了です。 宿泊中スタッフの方は一人も見かけませんでしたが、毎日清掃は入っていました。部屋内には、おそらくキッチンと思われる扉が付いていたのですが、鍵がかかっていて使えませんでした（おそらく別料金）。キッチンも料金に含まれていたら最高でした。エスプレッソメーカーは自由に使え、お湯のみを沸かす事も出来ました。 通りに面した部屋だったのでトラムの音は良く聞こえましたが、比較的静かで快適な滞在となりました。

The property was an easy walk to the train & bus station. A tram stop is less than a block away. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great except two things: first, we booked the hotel bc we wanted to be close to the train station (we had an afternoon train scheduled) & we read on Expedia that the hotel offered luggage storage. However, there is no front desk at this property so there is no way to store luggage (despite advertising such) so we had to end up carrying our luggage while sightseeing around town. Second, we stayed in a triple room & the double bed was in an alcove that was so small that the sides of the bed touched the walls so we had to crawl up to the top of the bed from the bottom of the bed & the alcove had no light. Triple room may not be appropriate for elderly or those who can’t maneuver well.

The staff were amazing, very helpful! This hotel is in a great location, but one night we had some want to be Italian singers at 2:30am and then again at 4:30am (of course not within the control of the hotel). It is close to the train station and within walking distance to the Duomo. We will definitely stay there again!

This property is self check in, very quick and easy. Their sister hotel is across the street where they always have staff and a bar/restaurant. Building was very secure and our suite was fantatic. It is very clean and well kept!
