The rooms are small but functional. I was travelling alone so it worked well for me. The breakfast met my needs. Centrally located but it can seem a little rough at night. I had a great view out my window and the woman who checked me in was lovely!!

i don't recommended this property due to very small room with tiny double bed. Bathroom is also very small & uncomfortable . Not enough aminities in the room . The only benefit is the location . There are not enough items in breakfast though showing very appealing on the website . if you find similar price range in the area then go with it .

There were no spa slippers or toothbrush provided. There were spiders in the room, stains on the bedcover, and no parking available. It was a bad experience.

Excellent location, within walking distance to popular tourist sites. Parking is convenient if you know the area. If not, it is a nightmare as the hotel parking is always full.

My employer was not able to pay for the reservation over the phone, and was recommended to cancel and rebook by expedia. My impression is that was to free up a queen size room, as all I could get afterwards was a room with 2 bunkbeds. Out of the 4 beds, only 1 was actually viable, the top bunks are not appropriate for someone in their 40's to navigate. One bed was directly under the other, and no headboard would mean you would lose that pillow nightly as well as bang your head. The other bed was perpendicular to the one above it, had a headboard, and was the least likely to bang your head, but I still did so. Good thing I am only 5'1", otherwise I would not have fit in the bed. One chair, and one partial bed is all there was for seating. The fridge in the room was not at all fridge temperature and not useable from a food safety standpoint. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the cuteness and cleanliness of the room, and the noise level was fine. A homeless man yelled at another guest to open the door for me upon arrival as my bags were full, seems like something staff should assist with as opposed to the homeless or random people outside, but otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Staff, Very Friendly and Helpful! The rooms are TINY but if you plan on only sleeping there and not hanging out for a while its just fine!

I am a travent agent and first room, was missing a fridge and my hot water in bathroom sink was extremely hot. To the point that i could scolding a person. Also , I ask them to move me becase I was in room 106, right next to housekeeping supply room adn elevator and they woke me up evry morning. Also some of the staff were just rude. I ask the one gentleman if there was shuttle that goes to airport and ne just pointed across the street for bus. He wasn't helpful, He could told me what bus, anything. But the ladt that checked me in was very pleasant , helpful and she was new . And the Asian gentleman was also polite and helpful. Dining area was clean, crossiants were burnt pretty much the 8 days i stay at property. You need to get rid of plastic forks, spoons and knife that the hotel provide. What bother me that in the entrance of the back room wherre kitchen was , there was a tray of real cutlery. You need to do better.

Room was very, very small but clean enough. The staff were kind and offered an upgrade from a double bed to queen bed at no charge. Property is in need of some maintenance. Location is decent if you are in town for a conference. Free breakfast was decent as well. Overall an okay stay for the price.

I took some pictures. But I cannot see the option to upload them. I hope there will be compensation on these issues. The bad was moving. I called reception there was no one to fix it. The TV was buffering. Screen was getting stuck. I could not watch anything. The lights in room was not enough at all. It was not a comfortable stay due to these three reasons.

Bedbugs on beds.Room service only when called and they don’t even take the dirty towels when bringing new ones. Terrible area, people hitting crack pipes outside the lobby. Paid almost 400 for 2 nights

There were hair all around in the blanket. Our room was beside stairs exit and super loud whenever ppl shut the door. The most inconvenient thing is there's no fridge in the room.
