Skuffende service
Skuffende oplevelse. Gode værelser, men meget specielt indrettet hotel. Oplevede at vi skulle gå meget langt, rundt på gangene inden vi kom til vores værelse. Personalet virkede fraværende og ikke særlig oplysende. Ikke lige et sted, hvor vi kommer igen

Internettet elendigt. Det er et stort hotel, men skiltningen til værelsesnumrene var ulogisk, mange gæster gik forvirret rundt og ledte efter værelserne. Ellers var der pænt og rent.

Super overnatning nær motorvejen.
Mange P-pladser, hurtig tjek-ind, blev opgraderet (pga. manglende værelser?) til dejlig stort værelse og badeværelse. God mad (aften) i restauranten og dejlig morgenmad.

Centralt beliggende hotel i forhold til Como Søen
Dejligt, stort værelse med alle faciliteter. Dog havde vi problem med TV modtagelse. Iflg hotellets oplysninger var der udenlandske kanaler, men vi kunne kun modtage italienske programmer. En klage til receptionen gav ikke resultat, da "teknikeren var gået hjem".Desværre var hotellets restaurant lukket pga. COVID-19. Der var åbent i en lounge bar, som serverede opvarmeret (mikroovn), externt leveret mad af tvivlsomt kvalitet.

Fint værelse - forfærdelig mad
Fint værelse og venligt personale. Vi spiste aftensmad i hotellets bar, og det var frygteligt. Mad som sikkert kom fra frost og fik en tur i mikrobølgeovnen - og så til overpris!!! Det kan de ikke være bekendt.

Fantastisk morgenmad
Vi skulle bare have en enkelt overnatning på vejen videre mod Frankrig. Vi var positivt overraskede over dette hotel. Værelset var stort og især morgenmaden var helt fantastisk.

Had a hard time to check in, then we came to the room and it smelled like smoke and the toilet wasn't clean + the beds weren't made.

We didn't stay for very long. To say the least, the hotel was perfectly sufficient. The personal was very helpful and fluent in English. Sure, as a gymrat I'd have loved a better equipped "fitness room", but a gym isn't what you check in a hotel for. The breakfast was very pleasing and the room was comfortable enough for vacation stress. Great stay!

Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The room we had was huge and perfect for a family with teenagers The hotel is well maintained It’s not in the city of Como but 15 minutes away by car But it’s perfect because it has parking lot and it’s free So for us that was the best part because parking in the city center is quite tricky.

Großer Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Großes Bad mit Regenduschen. Sehr gut geeignet für Zwischenübernachtungen auf der Reise. Gut zu erreichen und großes Einkaufszentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziger Nachteil: liegt Außerhalb.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und hatten keine Gelegenheit, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß (man hätte zwei daraus machen können), nur die Aufteilung und Anordnung der Räume war anders als gewohnt, z.B. war das Bad am anderen Ende und nicht wie üblich am Eingang. Auch musste man den Strom dort einschalten, wobei man erst durch den gesamten Schlafbereich gehen musste. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher jugendherbergsähnlich (was nicht abwertend gemeint ist).
