fantastic hotel - will be back
Our stay started a bit chaotic as there was an electric problem in our room so all lights came on several times during the night and woke us up every time. Very nice receptionist moved us to another room at 2 am so we could sleep uninterrupted. Next morning the hotel manager Mr Carmine apologized for the horrible night we had and promised to upgrade us to a junior suite with no cost. Fitness and spa really good. Great breakfast and a fantastic garden and terrassse to eat breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and no noise from the street despite the fasct that the hotel is very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. We really loved this hotel and will be back for sure. Great service! :)

Perfekt beliggenhed
Meget søde og hjælpsomme i receptionen. Rene og pæne værelser med dejlig altan. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til gode spisesteder og vinbarer, som ligger i en gade meget tæt på. Og heller ikke langt ind til centrum. Morgenmaden var super god og havde et rigtig fint udvalg. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold.

Luksus ophold
Virkelig smukt og lækkert hotel. Vi var meget tilfredse. Har ingen dårlige ting at sige om dette sted. Mega lækker morgen buffet, værelset var perfekt og meget venlige ansatte. Beliggenhed var også god til os. Alt i alt en god oplevelse, vil varmt anbefale til andre. Tak for et dejligt ophold :)

Excellent hotel. We just wondered what made it not classify as a 5-star hotel. It has all the trademarks og 5 stars. Superb service and staff and the breakfast was great!

Very modern and well kept hotel, 5 sate for cleanliness. Only thing it could be really noisy from the trains, next room or people above. Complimentary water each day would be a nice touch as well like other hotels.

Everything was perfect and had a restful and comfortable stay. The hotel is perfectly situated near metro and travel was so easy to reach to most of the attraction in Milan.

Amazing hotel, very clean, modern and perfect access to metro. Staff was amazing, had an issue at hotel however was resolved right away. I will be looking forward to come back to UNA Milano Verticale soon.
