I would try and find another hotel closer to the airport in a nicer area, that is not secluded from everything, with food or supermarket options. The rooms where clean and the staff somewhat helpful.

Super godt bud på Hotel ved Malpensa lufthavn
Hotellet ligger i et villaområde tæt på lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for gratis transport med bus 100 meter fra hotellet. Modtagelsen er utrolig venlig og service minded. Der er restauranter i nærheden men det er også muligt at få bragt mad, eksempelvis pizza. Sengen var kæmpestor og utrolig behagelig at sove i. Selvom hotellet ligger lige ved lufthavnen med stor trafik og der var uvejr med torden om natten var der stille og man forstyrres heller ikke af andre gæster selv om der var mange gæster. Udefra ser hotellet lidt skummelt ud, specielt på bagsiden, men inde er det pænt, velholdt og rent alle steder. Morgenmad er ok med super service.

Good airport hotel. Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast (served in a box due to coronavirus).

The AC was either freezing cold, or not working much at all. Could not sleep due to the heat in the room, can’t open window due to airport and other outside noises, I would not recommend this place at all!

Super convenient to the Milan airport free shuttle bus just outside the Holiday Inn. The staff at the Holiday Inn we’re super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was close to the airport with a bar and restaurant on site. Rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable.

property was convenient location for getting to the airport but waited almost 50 minutes for the shuttle and had to call 5 times for them to finally pick us up. They advertise free shuttle but when we called to get picked up that there was a fee.

Staff does not seem to be in the hospitality business. They are efficient checking in/ out clients but ignore client concerns and service shortfalls.

I liked that you can take a free bus to the hotel. It wasn’t very obvious though where to get off. The free breakfast was very good.

The staff were wonderful and it was clean, if you need to stay near the airport for a night, it serves its purpose. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear other guests and planes taking off and landing and our heat was very high, we woke up sweating, whereas our friends room was freezing and they couldnt warm it up. Overall, as mentioned, it was adequate and the staff truly were wonderful and helpful

Staff is very helpful and informative. They helped us set up shuttle service to the airport and gave us good information about dinner and breakfast options. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve been in.

The Holiday Inn express was very close to the airport, and the shuttle was easy to take to and from the airport. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was clean and bright. Very quiet considering the distance from the airport. The breakfast had excellent variety and quality. Only downside is the necessity of taxi or shuttle to get to and from the airport. The walk has no sidewalks. The taxi was 20 euros and the shuttle 15. Overall cost still very reasonable.
