"Great location and well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids. House had plenty of room for us and was nice and warm. Wide slashed paths through the property to the dams etc. Driveway had been repaired, access to the property was easy. Will definitely be coming back."

"The property is perfect for our 3 families of 12 in total + a golden retriever (I think he enjoyed it the most!). We played cricket over sunset, swam in the pool under the mid-afternoon sun, cooked a bbq for lunch and dinner, the kids played board games in the living area whilst the adults chat or watch tv on the sofa. At night, we lit up a bonfire and roast marshmellows under a full moon. It was a great setting for my 3 sister's families to reconnect."

"Great farm house stay. No neighbours. Enjoyed watching the Kangaroos. And talking to the cheeky chickens. Only 15 mins to Hunter Valley wildlife Park. Lots of added extras like snacks and breakfast in the kitchen and insect repellent in the bathroom. Would recommend."

"We spent 3 days at Bella farm, it was time well spent for a family catchup. All we had to do was relax as everything was catered for. I would recommend highly."

"On arrival we made a cuppa & sat down on the verandah and ahhh…tranquility. Our daughters ran around in our private yard with a swing and we could unwind. Met the owners the next day and then every morning our girls fed the horses and sheep with them. So much fun. We were even given extra hay to feed the horses when they were next to our yard. Can’t rate it high enough"

"Jordana was amazing great communicator. The place is amazing, well mantained, new, designed really well, you will feel rested and relaxed for sure. The place is warm and has a very homely feeling, thanks for having us Jordana! Things to aware off there is a water pump under bedroom 2 so if your a light sleeper this will disturb you it does tend to come on at times in the night i.e. if someone woke up to get a cuppa or water. There are no block out curtains for if your a late riser you will be...
