Rooms were dirty.. paint chipping, the tv had no audio, only one bedside lamp worked. The shower was dirty.
The toilet didn’t work, had to request maintenance.
When you check in you’re given a “digital concierge”
She replied hours apart or sometimes none at all.
On the expedia you have an option to pay more for breakfast, breakfast is one bagel or a bowl of fruits or yogurt. Along with one drink (no refills) or tea.
We sat for breakfast, service was EXTREMELY slow.
I was charged $102 additional to the price I paid through Expedia for “amenities” but was not told this at check in. Only after I seen charges on my card after leaving and calling was I informed what the charge was for. There’s a $250 hold for incidentals PER NIGHT.
Front desk is extremely slow, check in was a long wait. Workers in the front stood there and talked while a line formed, ignoring guest.
Definitely wouldn’t stay again. Solid 3/10 experience
