Only breakfast for two
A liitle complicated, that when you book a room incl breakfast, it only includes breakfast for two out of four persons. No benefit from the hotels.com VIP booking. Big diffference to the service skills at the reception. Will not mention names, but one was perfectly friendly and service minded and another with a very arrogant attitude towards you as a guest.

VIP hotel for sure, just make sure you advocate and get a room with “walk in shower” because although the pictures only show that option they have tub/shower combo rooms. And yuck, don’t think you would want that

Service, people, restaurant was very nice and also the pool area. But I didn’t like that they put us to the next hotel when we wanted to stay in Lowes and this is what we paid for

We had an amazing time at this hotel. My only gripe is that the carpet in the room needed to be steam cleaned. I should not be paying as much money as I did for a room with dirty carpet. Everything else was wonderful. The food that we ordered while hanging out at the pool was top tier!

Great hotel. Had the bad luck of someone leaving its dog on a room next to mine. The dog barked from 9 pm to 230 am. I love dogs. But if yours cant behave dont make its life or that of others terrible.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The vents all had black mold which resulted in the entire room smelling like musty socks and vomit. The sheets had stains and hair in them which we mentioned to the hotel staff and nothing was done about it. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and outdated every crack and crevice is full of dust mold and yellowing. And the cherry ontop is that our towels had the most suspicious yellow stains on them we had to request new towels which we waited for, for over an hour in a half which resulted in us missing our dinner reservations because we could not shower but no one at the front desk seemed to care. We reached out to the manager regarding refund of our stay and she denied the request. Honestly they have lost a customer for life we would never ever come back here and would never recommend this place to anyone we know. Save your money and disappointment go to the W and get the best service and best rooms in all of Miami Beach.

Initially assigned a room in a secondary tower and not told about it. Avoid Moritz tower. Elevators have no AC. They are small. Room was small and dated. Since they did not tell me about where the room was, I went to the wrong place, carrying a very heavy box, which resulted in injury. Next room was in the main building, but shower had mold, rust on bath tub, and ceiling had chipping paint. Couldn’t move me again, so they put me in a room with a balcony for second night and waived resort fee plus applied $100 credit. They tried to make good, but at over $400/night there should not be mold on the ceiling or rust in the tub. Need to do a better job keeping up on maintenance.

I enjoyed my stay at the Lowes a lot. The accommodations around the hotel were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a gorgeous hotel. Little things within the room were outdated/broken. The shower was a tub and was outdated for a 4 star hotel. The mirror in the room attached to the wall was falling out of the wall.
