"Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view."

"The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!"

"Alan is an amazing host , there was a very generous welcome pack that was greatly appreciated. The house itself was immaculate and very well stocked- a home from home . The location is perfect, a very easy walk into Kassiopi (10 minutes) Highly recommend and would most definitely return!!"

"George, Micheal and Fontini greeted us with a warm liqueur and some Turkish delight. They came each day to take care of the pool and other items as necessary. The Villa Psaropouli was enchanting and exactly as advertised. Lots of plants were in bloom adding to the charm of the villa. We visited several tavernas in the area and had a marvelous time. "Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. "The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must."

"A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option...

"Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. The house is obviously older as most everything in Capri is but EVERYTHING was in working order and the one small problem we had with one of the toilets was fixed within an hour of the text message. "Très bel hôtel qui manque un peu rafraîchissement car un peu vieillot le mobilier. Mise à part cela le personnel est très empathie humain serviable a l’écoute. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont adaptées à toute âge. Les piscines sont spacieuses et très propre . La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Ma fille et moi avions passé un magnifique séjour . Nous y reviendrons "

"Amazing environment and such a beautiful place. Relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The room was big, clean and everything we could’ve hoped for. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach connects which is cool and gives opportunity for both swims in the sea and in the pool. The area itself is quite, which suited us very well, meanwhile it is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. "
