Slidt og beskidt.
Beskidt og meget slidt hotel. Ingen personlighed eller tema. Trænger til en ordentlig rengøring og udluftning da stedet er præget af lugtgener. Surt at ikke bare et enkelt lille vindue kan åbnes på værelset og at der ikke er nogen minibar eller køleskab. :(

I definitely recommend this hotel.
Nice and clean hotel with a delicious breakfast and very good service. Mohammed and Vanessa were extremely kind and helpful during our stay and checkout. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

Overall fint
Fin beliggenhed ift Picadelly tog stationen, blot 5 minutters gang derfra. Dog ligger hotellet i den forkerte ende af centrum i min mening. Altså ift by liv, butikker og restauranter. Morgenmads buffeten var standard. Fine værelser. Fint rent.

Trætte Manchester - Tag hellere til Liverpool
Hotellet og værelset var helt fint. Lidt koldt på værelset, men der kunne man selv sætte mere varme på. Morgenmaden var også god. Hotellet ligger dejlig tæt på stationen og Etihad Stadium, men Manchester som by er den dårligste oplevelse, jeg nogensinde har haft i en udenlandsk storby. Nedslidt og beskidt.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is so convenient to Piccadilly train station. It is undergoing refurbishment right now but this diodnt affect my stay, except for the view of scaffolding from the restaurant. The rooms are large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub provided. The bar staff and reception and the diningroom staff were very friendly,.I have already booked my next stay

Had. To give an average rating for property condition and facilities as it's currently undergoing a lot of reconstruction, so there's scaffolding up, men working in reception and on the scaffolding. Wee bit disconcerting to have labourers directly outside your bedroom window! Would have enjoyed using the spa but the temporary changing room put me off. Plus we had to use a temporary entrance/exit which caused some confusion with the sat nav directions. Thought £25 per day for parking was a bit steep. Staff were friendly and helpful, at reception and in the bar. In the restaurant at breakfast the lady making the omelettes to order was exceptionally amenable and chatty. Our room hadn't long been refurbished, so it was immaculate. We did have an issue with the shower being too hot, mentioned it at reception and they sorted it immediately. Appreciated having a fridge in the room too. Location is good for going to the O2 Apollo and walkable distance to the city centre.

I was disappointed in the hotel, the bed was really uncomfortable, air con didn't work, so had to move rooms at midnight as it was stuffy and the blackout curtains didn't fully cover window area, so got woken up by the bright sunlight. Bad nights sleep so would not stay again.

We were quite shocked at the state of the room we were put in! It was only for a one night stay but the carpet had what looked like blood stains on it. The mattress on the bed was absolutely worn out! It sagged into the middle and was terribly uncomfortable. The room was dated to say the least and most certainly Did not reflect on the photos that are on the website. I suggest that Expedia take a good look at the hotel because what they have shown on their pictures does not reflect the low standards of the rooms of this hotel. It would be interesting to hear a reply from Expedia but I’m not expecting one.

The staff were lovely and the room was a great size. The bathroom and products were amazing. The breakfast was lovely too. The only criticism was how hard it was to find as the postcode puts you in at the main road, not at the back for the car park, so it took my husband’s previous experience as a truck driver to work out how to get in. The car park is also not clear as there are two black gates. It was also very expensive.

The property was in the middle of re-modelling and the room smell like someone had smoked a cigar in it. The staff was nice specially the breakfast staff. The room is very spacious and comfortable overall it's an average experience and plenty more room for improvements.

Lovely room and great location. However not made clear pre booking that property is under massive renovation which meant lots of areas closed off including restarant/Bar and gym and temporary var restarant/dining put in a conference suite. We were told at check in that breakfast would be from 6.30 to 9, however not made clear they wanted us out by 9am to start maintenance. Quite a few people caught out on this. Make this clear in your advertising of rooms or you will nust get complaints. Staff were very friendly.
