Dear Hannah,Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay although I am shocked by your feedback.Indeed, you stayed with us for 5 nights without raising any concerns with our facilities, You have also forgotten to mention that you were asked to leave the hotel because of a domestic between you and your partner which occurred on your last night and created a lot of disturbance to other guests. Sadly, this wasn't sufficient to you.May I also point out that some of our rooms are facing the back of our hotel and tend to be quieter.
