We normally stay in your mini Apartment with the balcony. We had booked 3 nights through Hotels.com, cancelled and re-booked for 4 nights. Somehow, I messed up and we ended up in a standard room with an uncomfortable Queen size bed. I asked to be upgraded, willing to pay the difference, but the nicer room was unavailable. Service wise, your hostess Karen is very professional & your waiter, Darwin, an absolute asset to your business. We will definitely return to the Wayak after ensuring we stay in the better room. We are totally impressed with the meals and attentive staff.
