Dear guest, We are deeply sorry to read that you did not enjoy your experience in our hotel to the full. Since its recent opening we are doing everything we can every day to make each stay truly unforgettable. We have reviewed your comments in detail together with our teams and Heads of Department and we would like to assure you that we are working to make every possible improvement in all the areas you mention. With regard to the incident with the lifts, I would like to mention that this was caused by technical problems in the first few days after opening the hotel and that it took a couple of days for the engineers to fix it. The problem has now been resolved and the lifts are currently working correctly. We apologise for any inconvenience this specific incident may have caused you during your stay. The challenges that such a major project as the opening of a newly built hotel normally entail have been exacerbated this year by the pandemic, to which we have responded with the greatest possible professionalism and enthusiasm, although I'm sorry to see from your comments that we have not met your expectations. We would be grateful if you could give us another opportunity in the future, in which we will do our very best to ensure you enjoy an unbeatable experience and return home with fantastic memories of your holiday on the island.
