Great hotel and great value for money.
Great hotel and value for money. Booked half board and enjoyed full breakfast with eggs to order and lots of things to choose from. Same thing for dinner 5-6 different options of meat, fish, chicken etc cooked to order plus a large selection of other options. All food was well prepared and delicious . Pool has sun bed towel restrictions (pool and beach towels are available) but not heavily enforced.. There is a beach close by and there will be a beach bar opening up across the street within a short time. There was musical entertainment every evening but the adults only policy ensured a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are available around the corner and the beautiful marina is 800 meter away. We (a family of 4, enjoyed the hotel very much and will be back.

Vi rejste 2 personaler og 2 blinde beboere, personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Beliggenheden var fantastisk kun få minutters gang til by og strand. Dejligt pool område og lækker morgenmad Værelserne var store og flotte og sengene yderst komfortable. Underholdning hver aften

Booked this hotel last min as there was an issue with my original hotel. Found this to be an amazing price for the facilities & location but was skeptical bc the price was so much lower than surrounding hotels. Upon arrival I was impressed with how open the lobby was, it was very welcoming. The staff were so lovely & checked us in promptly. The room I admit was a bit outdated in terms of decor but it had everything you needed. I loved the many different large mirrors and the long table included. We got the street view on the 1st floor but it still had a nice view since it was slightly elevated (took many nice photos on this balcony). The booking also allowed free breakfast which we attended the first 2 days however on the 2nd day we were confronted by the maître de and were spoken to really rudely because we “weren’t sitting at the right table”. However we entered the breakfast area and there was no one at the front door so we had no idea there was assigned seating. This is our fault but no one informed us of this (both front desk and manager of the breakfast area). After that happened we never attended breakfast again which was disappointing. Another huge disappointment was the lack of phone reception and hotel wifi we got from our room. We weren’t the furthest room away yet we couldn’t get access to the internet. Howevereverything else was lovely, location was walkable to the eateries and lots of parking out front. Overall I loved my stay here, would definitely book again.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Did not have dinner as lots of restaurants a few minutes walk away, but breakfast was fantastic, huge choice and great omelettes made fresh

The hotel is in a residential area with shops and cafes, bars and restaurants in close walking distance. The hotel restaurant provided a buffet style breakfast and dinner service. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of continental and cooked foods. However, the evening dinner choices were limited and the food was fairly lukewarm. Also, it was disappointing that we were asked to pay additionally for table water. The overall comfort of the hotel was fairly good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I would stay here again but would dine out for evening meals.

Great value form money. Excellent food, spacious rooms and balconies, nice views, beautiful real paintings not only in the lobby and hall but also in the rooms. Very nice entertainment. Superfriendly staff.

Pros: Very convenient area, close to beautiful beaches. Airport coach transfers just outside the hotel Friendly service and staff Clean hotel and comfortable rooms Entertainment is good cruise vibe but aimed for elderly Good value food went for half board which include breakfast and dinner all you can eat. A very deep pool which is rare to find Cons: The hotel lounge, restaurant and receptions is abit dated and still in the 90s. Upon check in to the rooms there was a cockroach looking bug and mentioned to the receptionist. They called maintenance to use bug spray around the bed but I am asthmatic as mentioned. Majority of the food in buffer was the same flavour and repetitive throughout the week, not much Spanish food. Roast dinner every night Overall as a place to sleep a GOOD memorable experience

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer riechen feucht und die Klimaanlage kommt gegen die heißen Temperaturen nicht an. Die Betten sind steinhart und das Frühstück bietet zwar eine große Auswahl, die Qualität der Speisen lässt aber zu Wünschen übrig.

Fantastic place to stay.
First and foremost the staff! They are amazing every single one of them. Everything from cleaners, receptionists, bar staff and wait staff. So welcoming and friendly, helpful and really sets the tone for the whole hotel. The hotel is fantastically located near the sea with an equally lovely beach restaurant. So glad we chose this part of Cala d'or which is much quieter than the center but still within a pleasant walking distance. In the area around the hotel there are good restaurants, entertainment, small shops, nice beaches and the location is perfect for a quiet and pleasant holiday - exactly what we were looking for. When we extended our stay we had a bottle of wine delivered to our room. Another day when my partner was in a Skype meeting at the computer, the cleaning lady came in with a tray of cups, coffee/tea and a kettle without him asking. Breakfast is great and the pool area never feels to busy even though the hotel were fully booked. There is a lovely grass area with palms and trees where you can seek lovely shadow ans also a nice terrace with sundbeds. We enjoyed ourselves so much and will definitely be back!

Fantastiskt trevlig personal.Bra frukost( förutom avsaknad av riktig juice) som kunde ätas utomhus. Bra städning. Svårt att sitta ner på balkongen och se havsutsikt men ändå värt det. Magiska soluppgångar. Hårda sängar men fräscha rum.Lugn område, nära till strand samt litet centrum med shopping och restauranger.Lagom promenad till mysiga marinan. Trevliga luncher på strandbaren.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service von der Reinigungskraft bis zur Rezeption. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Einzig die Badebucht Cala sForti ist für die vielen Leuten aus der ganzen Umgebung zu klein, weshalb es um 11.0h schon praktisch unmöglich war, einen der Sonnenschirme zu buchen. Der Ort bietet mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants viele Möglichkeiten. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 30 Min. über einen kleinen Weg der Marina entlang im Center von Cala dOr, wo es noch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mehr gibt. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Urlaub - einfach ein bisschen zu viele Urlauber aufs Mal.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour L’hôtel est calme et bien placé, il y’a des places de parking. La crique sur les photos est à 1 min à pied de l’hôtel c’est agréable ! Il y a un centre avec des restaurant à 5 min à pied. Nous avons pris la demi pension, le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir sont très bon, il y a du choix. Petite information, l’eau n’est pas potable et le buffet du soir n’en propose pas il faut payer à table à chaque repas. Merci encore !

Would definitely recommend this hotel
The hotel was lovely, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the reception staff are so helpful and the Matradee was brilliant nothing was too much trouble, she would speak to every guest and welcome them into her restaurant daily.
