Fantastisk hotel med god beliggenhed
Fantastisk design hotel med god beliggenhed. God restaurant. Vær OBS på begrænset antal solsenge ved pool og generelt set mulighed for sol i gårdhave. Perfekt til Palma besøg men ikke "solferie".

Amazing hotel - amazing staff and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really like the hotel, all staff was so kind and recognise me, because I also stay at the hotel in the beginning of June, this year, 8weeks ago... I love staying there, but this time a family with 5 kids also stay at the hotel. By the pool area they took all sun beds, and 3 of 5 kids were about 4-6 years old. They also make a lot of noise, and I don't thins this hotel is a hotel designed for kids.... But - staf (reception, pool guy, the guys in the restaurant), food and service was perfect.... I will come back again - hopefully a week without small kids in pool.....

Stunning hotel and location, but not good service
This could be a long story, but will try to make it short. Hotel is stunning, and the location is great! The servicelevel is not as I expected from a high-end hotel in Palma, there was no flexibility and the management seems off, where the staff dont know exactly how to solve issues and to be friendly to the clients. I actually feel the staff was very sweet, but the management was off in some way, i also had the manager yelling from his office to the frontdesk reception with a questions I had, i might have went to the guest and told that it was not possible to eat at the pool before 9:00 in the evening, than sitting and yelling the answer, but that might just be me. The feeling is that they dont wish to make customer service and helping out the guests to make a great memorable stay, only if you are a young people who make great instagram pictures. Then yo get the big tour of the hotel, but travelling with kids, the flexibilty is very very low. I most though say we had issues with smell from kitchen in our room the last night also, and the very very sweet receptionist gave us a new room right away. She is the reason why we acutally ended up having a okay stay, she was so sweet and understood the issues. I sadly did not get her name, but she was amazing, and the hotel can be proud of her! The hotel has so much potential, and I think most guests had an amazing stay, maybe we were just unlucky....

Dear Guest, Im reaching out to you due to the shocking review, Concepcio is turning today to our first anniversary 14th of June 2021. Our amazing space is Iconic for Palma Mallorca with the local handmade tiles made by Huguet, which attract the interest to share our location and Hotel. And one of our strongest quality is our guest satisfaction, therefore im suprised reading that you received that impression from us. We do allow all our guest to enjoy the pergola/Pool in the morning,day or evening unless there was a raining day due to risk of slippery. For this season we also starting to offer dinner in our terrace and pergola as an alternatie for the summer. We have taken notes and from your feedback and sadly that we where not acknowledege of your points earlier to meet. Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

A beautiful property with lovely staff. Great location on a quiet side street for walking everywhere. In house bar and restaurant were lovely. However Tue menu only changes weekly so could be restricted if you stay for long. That said all of Palma many, many restaurants are in walking distance. From the Catalina district to the old town no where isore than 15 mins walk. The rooms are very clean,work beautifully. A little compact but you won't spend much time in here. The staff were all so friendly and a delight. The whole property has been renovated with a great deal of style and class.

En perle i Palma
Fantastisk boutique hotell med super beliggenhet! De ansatte er veldig vennlige og de skaper en rolig, hyggelig atmosfære i alke avdelinger av hotellet. Designet på hotellet er upåklagelig, og vi ønsker å trekke frem produktene på badet; Byredo. Sengene er kjempegode og frokosten er superfresh og varer helt til kl. 11. Skal definitivt booke dette hotellet ved en senere anledning.

Bra! Men kunde varit ännu bättre (:
Bra läge, trevlig service. Söt innergård men som stänger vid 18.00, precis när du vill ta den där kvällsdrinken. Åt ej på restaurangen men bra frukost. Ingen espressomaskin på rummet och ingen tandkräm det blir ett minus för ett 5 star hotell. Belysningen på rummet funkade inte 100% men overall så är det helt ok.

AC:n fungerade inte ordentligt, vilket såklart inte var den bästa då vårt besök var under Juli månad, vi påpekade även detta efter första natten men inget justerades. Frukost personalen var röriga och även fast det inte var mycket gäster tog det 30 minuter att få sin kaffebeställning. Överlag inte imponerad och inte värt pengarna tyvärr, hade högre förväntningar på detta hotel.

Perfect honeymoon
Came here with my wife for our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel, perfect location for bars/restaurants, friendly staff and great poor/terrace area. We will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, boutique style with lovely features and styling. Staff were brilliant, really attentive and helpful. Superb breakfast with excellent choice with cooked options available if required. Lovely bar and restaurant, cocktail barman new his stuff and made best rum and gin cocktails. Whilst our room was relatively small (we were in attic room) this did not spoil our stay and without doubt would recommend this to everyone and we would stay here again. thank you to all the staff, loved our stay.

Not bad, could be better.
Nice location, bedroom quite small and noisy. Could also do with Blackout binds. Not enough sun loungers round the pool (4 i believe). We thought it was a nice gesture for the hotel to leave a small tube of aftersun on the room. We has assumed it was complimentary, sadly this was not the case and were charged 13euros ! Great staff. Unlikely we would stay here again, so many cool hotels in Palma to choose from.

Dear Z,Thank you for your feedback.Concepció By Nobis is an iconic small boutique hotel with 31 characteristic rooms designed by Wingardhs. In relation to your feedback, we are very sorry that we couldnt meet your expectations during your stay with us. Our pool area, which offers 12 sun loungers including 4 cuban leisure chairs, is open and available for all our guests between 9am to 11pm. However, if you enter during peak hours it can be quite busy. As for the sun lotion, it is part of our minibar where prices and information are available in the QR-menu specifying prices on our items.Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope to welcome you back here at Concepció by Nobis.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Palma
This is my second time staying at the hotel in the past 6 months and had another incredible experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Palma. The staff, location, building, and food are all top notch! I look forward to my next stay!

Mother and daughter trip- OUTSTANDING!
This hotel was exceptional! Would stay here again with no hesitation. The location, staff, and hotel were incredible. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, a choice of self serve items and hot items chosen by menu. Can’t say more positive things about this outstanding hotel. The restaurant is Michelin star quality we could have eaten here every night. 10/10 would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!
