This could be a long story, but will try to make it short.
Hotel is stunning, and the location is great!
The servicelevel is not as I expected from a high-end hotel in Palma, there was no flexibility and the management seems off, where the staff dont know exactly how to solve issues and to be friendly to the clients. I actually feel the staff was very sweet, but the management was off in some way, i also had the manager yelling from his office to the frontdesk reception with a questions I had, i might have went to the guest and told that it was not possible to eat at the pool before 9:00 in the evening, than sitting and yelling the answer, but that might just be me.
The feeling is that they dont wish to make customer service and helping out the guests to make a great memorable stay, only if you are a young people who make great instagram pictures. Then yo get the big tour of the hotel, but travelling with kids, the flexibilty is very very low.
I most though say we had issues with smell from kitchen in our room the last night also, and the very very sweet receptionist gave us a new room right away. She is the reason why we acutally ended up having a okay stay, she was so sweet and understood the issues. I sadly did not get her name, but she was amazing, and the hotel can be proud of her!
The hotel has so much potential, and I think most guests had an amazing stay, maybe we were just unlucky....
