"Perfect when you have to stay for long hours at airport and all you need is a good sleep. I was in all females section. The check in is smooth and stay can be for straight 12 hours. Very economical. Only hindsight is that you have to go through immigration which takes a bit longer. "

"Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."

"The capsules were very clean and comfortable. Reception desk associates were friendly and accomodating. 7-11 is around the corner, much as several local cafes/eateries. Imago mall is ~10 minutes walk (take a shortcut via Jalan Kemajuan)."

"Absolutely flawless this hostel. I don't usually do hostel, but did this before mount KK. Cheap airport pickup, best friendly service and staff, towels, bathroom facilities. Everything was just in order and ready for guests. Shared dorm with seperate and quite private and cousy, clean doublebed 'pods'. We brought own sleeping bag, otherwise they have blanket, I didn't use. Plenty of room for big luggage and you can lock it under bed. Breakfast is perfectly decent and free good coffee. I am lost...

"Friendly staff, very willing to help guide you to where you need to go and what tours you need to take. Capsules are very clean and come with two USB outlets and multiple light settings. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk. "Overall, it was a good experience staying in this type of hotel, a hostel but with full privacy. Very comfy to sleep on. Only 2 very important point for them to improve. 1: the bathroom on the other level is not really convenience, and then the bathroom got no place to hook or hang your cloth or towel. Need to be carefully think of. 2: WiFi, there is wifi BUT without speed at all, closely to none. These 2 points need to be improved then it can become a perfect place to stay. The minor thing is...
