En god oplevelse i Madrid
Vi var ikke klar over at Cristiano Ronaldo var en del af CR7 Pestana hotellet. Det gjorde vores ophold bare en smule bedre. Vi nød god service og besøgte Rooftop barren, til en hyggelig eftermiddag i fuld sol på denne årstid. Super da vejret i vores hjemland er ikke serlig godt. Den sidste aften så vi lokalopgøret mellem Real Madrid og Atletico Madrid i Sportsbarren på 9. etage. En god oplevelse i Madrid, hvor hotellet afgjort var en del af årsagen.

There was an unusual odor in our room entire time. It took a very long time to check in. The rooms have two large columns that make the room very cramped and uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel in great central location right in the heart of the city centre. Good breakfast, good well equipped but small gym. Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Right on Gran Via. Lots of shopping around. Right beside the metro. We were given welcome drinks. The room is so nice. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend!

Pros: quiet room, comfortable bed Cons: Small room inconsistent housekeeping, sometimes water delivered, sometimes not. Sometimes towels provided, sometimes not. Elevators not working and there are nine flights of stairs to the water and ice source, not to mention having to come and go from property. I would not stay here again.

Only what was good was location . For shopping, eating excellent. But like hotel for us very cheap. Breakfast horrible, they don’t have normal coffe mashine. No pancakes, or something for kids! Gluten-free option 0. We had big studio but!bathroom very poor.

Room temperature was musty had to call constantly to get the air going only to find out the last day the room ac has a sensor that knows when you’re in the or out of the room to turn off or on. Restaurants closed early and no room service after 11pm. Over all it was convenient to stay here very centric but the hotel itself was alright considering it’s “known for Cristiano Ronaldo” could’ve been better

The best of this hotel is its location and that it is clean. Unfortunately there is too much traffic to take the elevators (I had to wait like 10min more than once), mainly beacuse of the rooftop. But the worse part is the AC system they have with sensors, when you go out of the room it turns off sutomatically, and when you get back in it goes on again but it takes 45 min to start cooling; evertime i´d come bakc i´d be sweating so much in the room, I had to keep the room´s door to open to get the room to a better temperature because the hallways were cooler.

I would not recommend this hotel at all; the only 2 good things are the location and that it is clean. The AC has a sensor which only works when yopu are in the room, so when you come back it is so hot and it takes forever to cool, I was literally sweating every time I would come back to the room until 45-50 minutos after that it starts to cool. Tha eleveator is a problem, it takes forever when you call, mainly beacuse there is a rooftop and there is a lot of traffic (there should be an elevator exclusive for guests). Also there is a foreign guy at the main door who is very rude.

Estimado Alfonso Mauricio.Agradecemos su comentario y sentimos que su percepción haya sido negativa. El hotel ofrece cuatro botellas de agua de forma gratuita por estancia, dos en el minibar y dos al lado de la cama, además la recepción cuenta con aguas en caso de que de manera puntual necesite otra. Siempre puede disponer de aguas extras pagando el importe correspondiente.En cuanto a su habitación, la reserva era de una habitación superior y termino alojándose en una Deluxe la cual era de categoría superior a la reservada. The hotel is located right on Gran Via, a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. But… the hotel room was old and the fittings were tired. My bathroom had not been cleaned well and smelled like a public washroom. The shower walls were also dirty and grimy, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room had very poor sound insulation, and I could hear everything my neighbour did (including in the bathroom). Then, at 1:00 a.m. the emergency alarm went off and an announcement was made that we had to evacuate. When I went down to reception a few minutes later, we were told it was a false alarm. If it was a false alarm, why make the announcement to evacuate? I appreciate that alarms are beyond the control of the hotel, but cleanliness and upkeep are definitely within their control and a very basic thing to expect. They failed there.
