The room did not have proper ventilation, so every time we showered, there was moist everywhere. The breakfast was so so, and there was no hand sanitizer for the buffe.

Lydte værelser, central beliggenhed.
Central beliggenhed i Madrid. Da vi kom var et af håndklæderne beskidt. De var dog flinke til at skifte det. I løbet af natten kunne vi høre overboen så tydeligt at jeg troede at der var nogen der gik rundt inde på vores værelse. Så jeg sov dårligt. Badeværelset kunne godt trænge til bedre rengøring. Morgenmaden var fin.

Super dejlig hotel. Kan bestemt anbefales. Ligger meget central med gå afstand til byen og dens seværdigheder. Dejlig med parkering på hotelet.

Godt hotel
Værelset var lille men godt indrettet. Det havde et lille køleskab hvor jeg havde juice og chokolade. Gadestøjen var minimal når vinduet var lukket, men desværre var der en del larm fra naboværelsets fjernsyn en af dagene og generelt var væggene dårligt lydisolerede. Betjeningen var venlig og de talte godt engelsk i receptionen.

Centralt beliggende - nem adgang til metro, men også gåafstand til Gran Via Deluxe værelse godt, men der er meget lydt. En del støj fra vejen og tilstødende værelse

Lovely room but very noisy.
Very nice rooms, but unfortunately they are very noisy! you can hear litteraly everything from the next rooms. a bit small double sized bed, but the room was very clean and nice.

Dejlig morgenmad, utrolig meget at vælge imellem, service i top, men på vores værelse nr.203 var dør håndtag svær at bruge da det var en rund kugle og ikke et alm. Håndtag som andre havde på gangen. Ellers var alt enestående😊

Font hotel men meget larm på dagstid
Fint Hotel, ok centralt. Der var usansynligt meget larm når rengørings personalet var på ude i gangene og der blev smækket meget med en dør lige ude foran vores værelse. Ellers fine værelser

Et godt hotel med fin beliggende. Roligt område, men ikke langt til centrum. Dog er det ikke nødvendigt, at skifte håndklæder hver dag - især da der skiltes med, at kun håndklæder på gulvet skiftes, alligevel blev der lagt rene. Høfligt og meget hjælpsomt personale.

Nice hotel in good area. Lot of places with good food and walking distance to centro. Room can be a bit noisy towards street but really not an issue. Internet is fine. Really helpful staff.

Great place to stay
We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacius, the bed comfortable, and the Wifi worked without any problems. The location was great too with good restaurants nearby and a short walk to Gran Via. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Værelset vi fik var desværre ramt af skimmelsvamp hvilket vi hurtigt opdagede. Vi kontaktede receptionen som straks fandt et nyt værelse til os. De var pæn flove over værelsets tilstand så der blev sendt snack op til os som kompensation. Det andet værelse vi fik, var fint (man kan altid finde ting hvis man vil..)

Reasonable prices and rooms spotless, great job done by cleaners. Close to the metro so, easy to access the city. Main problem was soundproofing. People talking and coughing in rooms next door clearly audible. People coming in at night very loud as no carpets to deaden the sound so had disturbed sleep.

I understand this is a Spanish City, however i felt the staff was not very engaging or helpful. Nice clean room however was small with s very boring window view of the back of other apartments. No bar or restaurant you could just go and sit in, unless umyou ordered breakfast

Pobre Wifi, no tiene alberca, solo restaurante para desayunar, tampoco tiene bar. Las habitaciones hay ruido y se escucha lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones. El piso suena, el aire lo bajan en la madrugada. En lo bueno el personal limpia las habitaciones todos los días a cualquier hora y cambian las toallas cada 2 días sin tener que solicitar.

El hotel está bien. Pasamos sólo una noche y estuvo bien. Llegamos muy temprano y nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora del check in. Creo que comple con lo que se requiere para algunas estancias, la ubicación es muy buena y el servicio también. Sus muebles se ven muy frágiles, no de mucha calidad, pero en general están bien, creo que no se promete más de eso al apartar el servicio.
