While staying on the second floor, there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and I requested a complaint. It's midnight and there's no staff available, so should I change rooms? The answer made me sleepy, so I held back. I think the water leak was probably due to the use of the bathroom on the upper floor. The water leak stopped immediately. However, the water started leaking again the next morning. In the end I gave up. I think the room number was room 107 (2nd floor). Forgot. I don't have any problems with the staff, but they are understaffed!

Availability of the airport shuttle is excellent. The room and the entire hotel is very clean and comfortable. The facilities are well designed. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and lovely.

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Airport, dem kostenlosen Transfer und der Nähe zu einer Metrostation ausgewählt. Vermutlich ist dies der Grund, weshalb es auch als Crewhotel von manchen Airlines genutzt wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Mit der Metro sind es dann allerdings ca. 12-14 Stationen bis ins Zentrum von Madrid, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat.

There were a few issues that I had with this property which is why I am happy that I only had to be there one night. First, on our way to the hotel our taxi driver told us to not walk to the supermarket that was right there. Later we found out from another women when we were checking into the hotel is that the surrounding area was unsafe and someone had been mugged last night. Secondly, since the surrounding area was unsafe, we decided to order room service instead of going out. I typically enjoy ordering room service. However, this time it was a very unpleasant experience. I called to order 2 hamburgers one well done and one medium rare. Both of the hamburgers came medium rare and with everything on them which it was requested on the well done burger to have no toppings. To make matters worse, when we called to tell room service about the mix up, they hung up on us. Then we called the front desk to inform them of the issue and they were to send a new burger up to our room. We waited an hour and the burger never showed up so we had to order from uber eats and we still had to pay for the burger we never ate since we had paid before we even looked at our food.

This hotel is excellent in almost every way, beginning with the airport pick-up & drop-off service. Makes for a pleasant experience at the end of a long day's travel. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, top-notch! The rooms are what one would expect in a higher-priced hotel and were well-appointed and very clean. My only comment is the the bathroom provides little privacy if you're traveling with more than one person per unit. My only negative comment was the quality and variety of the food in the evening. It does not live up to the quality of the rest of the hotel. However, the breakfast is one of the best I've experienced ...... it's excellent! I would definitely consider staying at this hotel in future. One other comment it's only a short walk to the underground green line that will transport you anywhere in Madrid for a great price.

It was nicely appointed, attractive, clean and quiet for our one night needing to stay close to the airport. There was a free shuttle and at check in they were very accommodating to letting us check out after 1 pm. It is located in a pleasant residential area with parks and a grocery store down the street and the metro is only a half block away if you choose to go into central Madrid.

O quarto é muito confortável, camas boas, espaço para malas, banheiro limpo e bem amplo. O free shuttle funcionou muito bem, as recepcionistas sao muito simpáticas e demonstraram boa vontade para compreender nosso espanhol limitado. Comemos um delicioso hamburguer no restaurante do hotel, que além disso tudo ainda fica a 5 minutos a pé da estação de metrô

The room is very clean. The area is quiet considering close to airport. However, there's a potential safety issue: the rugs next to bed are very slippery on the hard wood floor. People could fell down easily when getting up from bed.

We were only there for one night prior to flying home. We arrived over an hour and a half before check-in, and the young lady on the desk rushed through so we could check in ten minutes later. We were both exhausted so it was much appreciated. We had a late lunch in the restaurant. The food was good, and the staff polite and welcoming.
