"A very good hotel, friendly staff, a good location opposite the Arcade Shopping Centre, good large rooms that has what one needs and where everything functions. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit dark, if used to work from and do not have a view of any kind. However both the restaurant and the pool has good and pleasant areas which can be used to work from. The service and the coffee is good."

There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily.
