A very good hotel - maybe the best in Lusaka
A very good hotel, friendly staff, a good location opposite the Arcade Shopping Centre, good large rooms that has what one needs and where everything functions. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit dark, if used to work from and do not have a view of any kind. However both the restaurant and the pool has good and pleasant areas which can be used to work from. The service and the coffee is good.

•Elevator of the right as you enter the lobby not working foe 3 days •Bathroom tub rails broken •Water in tub not emptying when finished bathing •Strange how my expensive perfume was removed from the room by cleaning staff, though was brought back my cleaning supervisor, said was removed by mistake when she removed the dinner plates but i never ever ordered remove service •staff are very helpful, they swapped my room when i reported the broken rail and water not draining issue (thanks kelvin, works in lobby) • i stay here mostly because of the ease in parking and accessing my room

My stay was amazing, the service I received particulary from Winfridah Kalonde and Chondo Funda was outstanding, they are a credit to this hotel. These are true customer focussed people and I just want to highlight how previleged you are to have them as part of your staff team at Radisson Blu Lusaka. They are your true ambassadors. Me and my wife stayed here as we were visiting my friend & his wife for his 40th birthday. We rented 2 rooms and both rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Washrooms are modern with standing showers and separate tub. The only item I would ask to be added to the rooms would be a microwave. Other than that, the staff assisted us when requested, and the door men always greeted us with a smile. I appreciated that. This is an excellent hotel for those visiting Lusaka and want a “home” as you see family or travel around the different regions.

This property was quite nice. Staff were all VERY nice. I especially would like to recognize Lwamba, head concierge, for addressing our concerns. I paid for extra day to ensure immediate access to rooms upon arrival, but there was still a delay even though I had several email communications with the hotel staff. Room with separate twin beds was not ready. Requested rooms on same floor, side by side, or very close to each other, and that was not done upon my arrival. Eventually got all issues resolved and enjoyed my stay. Laundry service fees are very high - charge by piece, not by weight, but was offered discount as conciliation for other issues. The staff were all so nice that I would stay there again.

Great hotel
Great hotel, facilities are amazing. Breakfast was really good and the staff were nice. The only real issues I had with the place are that I didn’t get the type of room that I booked, but the room was nice and spacious anyway. The other thing is the airport shuttle is extortionate. $35 would be a lot if you were transferred by yourself, but I was transferred in a full minibus, so at $35 each that’s $400+ for a 25 min drive

Rooms v large, nicely appointed, super clean tidy, with everything you need. Room service dinner better than usually experienced in other hotels. Staff v nice. Breakfast a little disappointing, coffee machine broke down between 1st 2nd cups, hot food not very appetising. Otherwise all round v good I'd certainly stay again. Thanks !

The restaurant had excellent food, but I did think it was a little pricey. However, it's an excellent restaurant!

I had a wonderful stay and the Hotel staff were very accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is that the automatic coffee machine be ready for use at 6:30 when the dining hall opens up. Ate dinner at the bar every night and loved the popcorn seasoning‼️
