"We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable."

"We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Accommodation was fine but room was fairly basic; the decor was in good condition but quite plain (different shades of grey). The bar/eating area was old fashioned, being typical for a country pub.
