Ikke pengenen værd - bedre alternativer
Hotellet er efter min mening ikke pengene værd. Billederne på hjemmesiden er ikke repræsentative for standen på hotellet. Vi fik et værelse som mest af alt, mindede om et gammelt kælderrum med to senge. Gulvene var fedtede, det hele virkede slidt og sengene var under al kritik. Det er tilladt at have kæledyr på hotellet, så alle morgener, blev vi vækket af gøende hunde på gangen. Køleskabet virkede ikke. Der var et gammelt 32" TV, men ingen tilgængelige TV-kanaler. I stedet fik vi at vide, at man kunne forbinde sin telefon til en Chromecast. Hotellet skriver der er morgenmad inkluderet - det består af en kop kaffe og en Pop-tart (en slags tør hindbærsnitte) Hele opholdet bar præg af, at man boede på en byggeplads hvor det hele var gået i stå. Vi skiftede senere til et andet hotel i nærheden for 300,- ekstra pr. overnatning, som var klasser bedre. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende.

Gammelt, men rent. Ingen reel morgenmad.
Lidt slidte værelser, som dog kamufleres ok under et retro-tema. Men rent og god størrelse. Det er et scam, når man kalder dette med gratis morgenmad: Det drejer sig om pop-tarts! 😂😬

It’s an older facility, It’s very clean everything worked fine in the room. The staff was very polite . The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no TV, meaning you had to cast from your phone or tablet and watch Netflix or whatever app you have. I honestly don’t recall if that info was in the description of the place in Expedia or not, but it was different. Overall, would recommend though.

Very clean and comfortable, good when you have kids, I wish they have breakfast, they just had coffee, tea and some cookies.

The hotel is old and outdated. In need of upgrades such as carpet, painting and basic cleaning. Grossly overpriced but served the one night purpose. I would not recommend or stay again.

Loved the vibe of this hotel. Staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were so-so, but good for not being there except to sleep.

The toilet in our room would start leaking sometimes when it flushed (room 311) but other than that everything was good.

I Like easy acces to rooms and the Hotel location, Pool etc. I didnt like that there wasn't microwaves and no breakfast service.

The building is clean 1970’s hotel retro fun. The staff was amazing. Our room had all we needed. Great massager shower head, adorable retro tiny fridge, comfy bed and crisp sheets. And it had nothing we didn’t need and hence the great deal. They actually passed on those savings. The location was perfect. Yes, you can hear the highway ( which is also what makes it convenient ) but it’s near downtown Glendale , an amazing Cuban bakery AND close to In and Out. CA yummy. The room had Great Mountain View’s . Nice safe area. After a huge Airbnb flop where the hosts couldn’t locate our key ( and the sun was setting ) we quickly were forced to cancel and find a new place to stay - last minute. Thats when we found this hotel and zipped on over. Less expensive to have two rooms a night at Glendale Express than it was going to be at the two bedroom Airbnb ( plus we got a pool and hot tub ). I will stay there again - definitely! (:

This was an OK stay for us, the front desk was helpful and kind. The location is a bit odd, near the freeway. We are going to give this hotel another shot in June, and I will re-review.

Good hotel for staying however no idea why our security deposit takes 1 weeks to receive. Staying 5 hotels before this all same days returned !!

This is such a cute inn. The rooms were nice and clean. I loved the intentional '60s decor and feel of the place. Love the flamingos . Will definitely be staying here again when we come back in October or November. Staff was polite. Parking was easy. Hot tub and pool were clean as well as the area surrounding them. No vending machines except to CVS vending machine which actually came in very handy since we forgot a toothbrush. They did have ice maker. The front desk was kind enough to make me a cup of coffee at 5:00 in the morning before they were set up. Beds were comfortable enough regular spring Style beds. Only complaint I could have at all would be that the body wash and conditioner were not filled in the room but we brought our own so it didn't really matter for us. Plus I'm sure that they would have filled it if we had asked . My son only noticed because he didn't want to smell as flowery as me and my daughter. Close to some nice shopping areas. Close to lots of food options. It was perfect for us.

I liked the hotel, pool and location. Too bad half the hotel, restaurant and bar are under construction. Continental breakfast was coffee and pop tarts.

My family stays here when we come to town for a ball game. Just a 10 minute drive from the stadium. This stay… Carpet in room was filthy. Luke warm water for shower. If you have an iPhone, their TVs are not very compatible as you have to cast from your phone to watch anything. Ice machine on 4th & 3rd floors were not working. Disappointed considering we’ve stayed multiple times

When I travel to Glendale for work or events I spend very little time in a hotel. Sleep and grooming are the most important factors for me. Their beds are awesome, I rarely hear noise from other guests, and the bathrooms are functional with ample hot water. Yes, the hotel is older, but they are doing slow and steady to update it over time. For the price per night it can't be beat, unless you want a gym, continental breakfast, and a lobby with a vibe.

The staff was very kind, the lobby is decorated MCM and very cute. The room was a little out of date but was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Unable to sleep due to cycling on/off noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. Crappy, old curtains. You need tech support to get the TV going and they never bothered to show up when requested. Plus, I think the "guy" checking me in may have been an Android. Nothing against Androids, but they are not known for friendliness.

We saw cockroaches in the hallway, the rooms are dirty and have mold. We had to leave this place and find a different hotel. Also the management sucks they refuse to refund money for 3 nights even that we never stayed at the hotel. Horrible place, don’t fool yourself.

The property is old. We saw water coming from upper bathroom in our bathroom. The area nearby is good. Recommended if you don’t have an option and just for a night.
