Ikke tilfredsstillende for 4*
Beliggenhed er i top - men værelset var godt nok slidt og beskidt og de anderkender ikke hotel vip status med opgraderinger. Badeværelse var beskidt med hår og andre pletter her og der og sådan nusset. Seng var dog ok og god oprydning mens man var væk. Morgenmad var ok for London standard men intet at råbe hurra for med hvid toasts direkte fra supermarkedet og kedeligt smagende æg/beans 😅

Godt hotel med god lokation.
Rigtig fint hotel, meget centralt. Vi boede på 14 etage, med en flot udsigt over London. Vinduer er godt isoleret, så det larm fra omkringliggende ventilationsanlæg er ikke så generende. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Jeg vil bestemt bo her igen, ved besøg i London.

Godt ophold
Skønt hotel dog var der ikke styr på deres morgenmad i weekenden. Jeg påpeget over ledelsen. Fadene var simpelthen tomme i over 20 minutter, ærligt når alt andet spilede. Jeg vil håbe dette tages alvorligt da mange gæster var utilfreds. Se medsendte billeder

Location, helpful staff, Ahmed was wonderful. Rugs could be replaced or a deep cleaning. Walls are thin and could hear the person next door sneezing. Area Construction was a bit annoying in the am.

The staff and service were top notch. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to shopping, restaurants, city center, etc. The junior suite was nice, however having to walk the final flight of stairs was off-putting and inconvenient, especially considering the cost of the suite. Also, the area around the property was loud, due to numerous construction efforts in close proximity. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others, just as it was recommended to me.
