Super fint sted! Over alle forventninger. Der manglede lidt på rengøringen og det er muligt at høre toget engang imellem da man er så tæt på Paddington station. Overordnet rigtig venligt personale samt gode værelser. Klar anbefaling!

The room was small but very cleanly and obviously recently renovated. The only thing I wish it had was an extra shelf or two to set things on like a makeup bag etc.

Not suitable for travellers with heavy luggages as there is no lift within the premises. I was given a room at the highest level (almost five story high) and lugging my luggage up was already a nightmare and hence my poor experience with that.

Great location close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Very tiny room, it barely fit two people. It seems to be over the tube tunnels, you could feel the trains rumbling every few minutes. Fine for a night while in transit.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was a coffee machine available near the reception, tea making facilities in rhe room would have been appreciated.

The heat couldn't be turned off in the room, so the window had to be open all night. We were on the ground floor. There were ppl sitting outside the room smoking and talking loud. After telling them twice to please lower the volume or move along they finally left around 1am. The location was great but I don't think we'd stay there again.

Everything was lovely. The trip down to the basement where my room was was fine for me with a small case but a bigger case or a taller guest may be a struggle. You do have to leave your keys behind when you leave, and I was a bit rattled that I was given the keys back when I got back without proving who I was each time. In the basement you can hear the tube and the bar next door, so light sleepers should be sure to book an upstairs room in advance, but it was just fine for me!

This property is a real gem if you want a clean, well staffed simple room near the train station. Particularly nice for that final, one night stay before leaving the country. My only issue was that there is not a lift and getting a decent sized bag up the small, winding stairs alone, would be tough. They were quick to offer help getting it up but I did have to bring it down the 5 sections of stairs on my own. The room is tiny, but nicely decorated. it had everything I needed and the bathroom was newly renovated. there was no fan or AC so it might be really hot in the summer. there was a window you could open. I would stay again.

Visited the property in May and the weather was warmer than I expected. The room was for me toasty and they dont have air conditioning. Requested a fan which all they had was a desk fan which kept the area next to the bed cooler. The area is great as many options are within walking distance. If you require a/c you may need to rethink that.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The only negative was the 4 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Staff are extremely helpful, although few things which are very important they should look into it. There were no basic toiletries like hand soap and shampoo, just on first day. I took with me probably the staff saw it and that's why they didn't bring it. They definitely need to do pest control. There was a mice in my room. I bought food and that's was £20. I threw it all away it literally going every where. Spoke to reception and they said they will change my room if I want but that's not solution. Please put your food somewhere where the mice can't reach. Like they have some top shelves which I used later on. The rest property condition, heating, toilets all good.

Old hotel and no lift. Up 5 flights of stairs with full size suitcase. Is located close to Paddington station to catch train to Heathrow. It served its purpose. Not very comfortable bed/mattress but was only for one night. Didn’t sleep well. Guests are loud in hallways. I think all these hotels in this area are like that

Standard double - small room but two of us with 2 suitcases managed. Beds comfy. BR small. We stayed two nights, much longer would likely not work. Staff friendly, proximity to Paddington a plus. Can hear (barely) some trains but didn't affect our sleep.

No lift & my mother-in-law could not climb the stairs; staff were very kind & accommodating-moved us to ground floor. A lift is seriously needed. Hot water was limited but room was very clean and comfortable. Would suggest complimentary coffee for guests vs the Nespresso machine that requires £2.20 for a tiny cup of coffee.

A basic accommodation. Ask about lifts as mobility with stairs could be a problem. Bedding and towels were very high standard of cleanliness. We only stayed one night. There wasn’t any shower gel or shampoo, which would have helped after travelling. Also no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee. My fault for assuming these would be included. However water available from reception free. Tea/coffee available to purchase on ground floor.

Preis/Leistung Top! Die Lage ist perfekt. Dadurch, dass die Paddington Station direkt um die Dcke ist, kommt man schnell überall in London hin und hat auch eine super Anbindung zum Heathrow Airport. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Zimmer sind natürlich kein luxuriöses Highlight aber sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für einen Städtetrip! Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Room and property was very clean and the staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Easy transport, buses, tubes, trains, direct links to Heathrow. Busy area but felt safe. Plenty of eating options. Would stay here again.

Great location, great price. Hotel is certainly nice enough at its price and staff very nice. I stayed at the very top of several flights of stairs as there are no lifts; day to day it wasn’t an issue but obviously be prepared to lug your bags up at the beginning of your stay.

The stay was ok, but the room smelt bad and the rooms where very close and you could hear everything. Didn’t sleep well at all as doors and stairs banging kept me up.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the property is ideally located. The room was small but comfortable. However, I do not recommend getting a room with a shared bathroom - the evening when I arrived the toilet facility was acceptable but in the morning when I was meant to leave it was in such a vile state; someone had had some sort of volcanic eruption in there and their brown 'lava' was everywhere. The shower was also looking quite dirty. Hopefully this was just an oversight and hadn't been discovered by the team yet, but it was really quite unacceptable. But like I said, the room was comfortable and good value and all in all I would book again, if it is possible to book ensuite. The staff did great.
