Meget centralt i London. Man kan gå fra hotellet og ind til centrum på 10 min. Værelset var rent og pænt. Ny istandsat. Der manglede et lille køleskab og en bænk til at lægge kufferter på, så man ikke skal sidde på gulvet eller lægge kufferten på den rene seng.

Alt i alt et okay ophold. Værelserne er ikke så store igen. Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke rigtig lukkes uden at man nærmest skulle skubbe den i, så den smækkede. Der var 2 stik kontakter på 3. Mans værelse, alle lokaliseret ved fjernsynet, ingen ved sengene. Ingen pengeskab/safebox, så vi følte os nødsaget til at bære vores pas og andre vigtige ejendele med os hele tiden.

Medarbejderne på hoteller var så søde og serviceminded. Desværre var der dage hvor vi ikke fik gjort værelset rent, fordi batteriet i vores lås til kortet var gået død for strøm. Så det fandt vi selv ud af da vi kom hjem efter en lang dag og ikke kunne komme ind på værelset. Så rengøringen var bare gået forbi vores rum. Vi startede også ud med en radiator som ikke kunne slukkes, så værelset var 40 grader varmt 😂 alt i alt et fint hotel på en skøn lokation, men værelserne og hotellet er slidt og ikke altid tip tip rent.

Hotelværelset havde det man har brug for. Et ganske fint badeværelse og tre glimrende senge. Indtjekningen tog lang tid - vi ventede i en time. Rengøringen var okay, men overalt på gulvet lå der små palietter. Morgenmaden var så vidt jeg ved typisk engelsk - ikke særlig spændende. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til at tage både busser og metro.

Fint central hotel
Hotel værelset var meget fint, gode senge, stort badeværelse men mangler køleskab og mere opbevaringsplpads. Morgenmaden var meget fin med venlig personale.

Blandet følelser
Vi startede med at tjekke ind, hvor vi får besked på at vores værelse ikke var klar. Der var en sød medarbejder, som skyndte sig at kontakte en anden, og få bekræftet om vores var klar. Og det var det heldigvis. Hotelværelserne er slidte og triste, hele hotellet kunne godt bruge en opfriskning og renovering. Vi havde værelse ud til gården/caféerne. Det var så dårligt!! Vi havde konstant musik, og larm fra dem som sad ude til kl 23. Når der blev bestilt mad, fik vi madlugt direkte ind på værelset. Som ikke havde udluftning ellers. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, den ene dag var der mug på toastbrødet. Det eneste gode ved hotellet var de søde medarbejder og placeringen ! Placeringen er perfekt !

We are so lucky to have a property located in the heart of London and a very strategic location that brings our guests just a few steps away from most of the city’s attractions.Regarding the street noise, it's central London and some noise levels are expected. However, we do have a room available at the back of the hotel and if you had brought this to our attention whilst in-house, we would love to rectify this for you.About the safe, unfortunately, we don't provide them inside the rooms. Ok hotel. Værelserne vi boede på som var med 3 enkelt senge, var ældre, lettere slidt og flere stikkontakter virkede ikke. På trods af at vinduet var lukket, kunne vi hører alt ude på gaden. Morgenmaden var ok..

Barely acceptable
The stay was OK for the price, but the best thing about the hotel is the central location. The hotel is very old and the rooms are not as modern as in the pictures. The radiator in our room was either sizzling hot or cold - no in between. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but some of the other staff were not serviceminded or paying attention to hygiene; an employee a the Breakfast "reception" were chewing his finger nails while greeting the guests and a man who helped us store out luggage sneezed in his hand and took our suitcases right after. The breakfast room is too crowded and there is not a good flow at the buffet. This is not a hotel that I would visit again.

Man kunne ikke regulere på varmen på radiator så der var meget varmt på værelset. Toiletbræt faldt ned af sig selv. Toiletrulleholder var i stykker. Vinduet var ikke isoleret i rammen så lyden fra gaden var meget høj. Vandhanen i badeværelset sad løst. Håndklæder blev ikke erstattet efter brug så vi havde ingen den sidste dag. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Okay hotel
Very nice staff and good hotel for the price!! Very close to the underground and Oxford street! The hotel room was a bit dirty, and the beds are not great at all… very hard and those we got was two beds with wheels that wouldn’t lock.

Fint hotel til pengene. Super beliggenhed. Meget rent. Der var kø til morgenmaden, men de havde et fint system så det gik forholdvis hurtigt. Nemt med bus til hjertet af London. Trygt og fint kvarter.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. However, I didn’t get much sleep at all: the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything in the hallway and in the courtyard. And the “pillows” could easily be used as bricks 😅

Fine stay at Royal hotel
Good service, in the front desk. We had a powerfall out one evening, and they sorterted it out quickly. Unfortunately there where quit some noise from the personell in the morning, and some traffic noise the windows where not the best to kepp it out. Beds could have been better, but again, not the worst we have tried. But in generel, it was a good experience, hotel was in a good distance from the areas, we like to visit.
