Jeg ankom til et værelse med et beskidt toilet, beskidt sengetøj og et ødelagt vindue der ikke kunne lukkes. Jeg fik heldigvis et andet værelse og en opgradering hvor der i det mindste var rent. Men værelserne er gamle og slidte og det er ikke særlig hyggeligt. Desuden blev min kollega antastet af en mand på hotellet som prøvede at komme ind på hendes værelse - så vi følte os heller ikke trygge.

Hotellet er fint og lokationen er rigtig god. Morgenbuffet var ret fantastisk. Men det trækker ned at det værelse jeg boede i lå ud til en lille gård hvor en pub (el. lign) havde udeservering m. parasoller og terrassevarmere, så selvom det er januar var der en hel del larm til sent på aftenen. Jeg vil klart bede om et værelse der vender en anden vej, hvis jeg skal bo på samme hotel igen.

Room not like advertised. I suffer from feeling cold but the room was Very hot and air conditioning was not working well and very noisy. Room was clean but shower had someone's hair in it. Bed comfortable. Area was good central and near amenities and tube. Staff friendly and helpful

I normally enjoy staying at this hotel but this time was offered a double room that simply shouldn’t be a double room. None of the doors fully opened, the bed was too close to the door (my head was max 1 meter away from the corridor) and there wasn’t enough space around the bed to place the luggage holder and still walk! The carpet was also extremely tired and old with a lot of loose fluff that just ended up having a permanent dirty look. Avoid 341!

Nice stay
Really nice hotel, room was slighlty smaller than expected, bathroom large with a bath and shower. The bed was nice, firm and comfortable. Extra pillows provided in the cupboard. Ironing board and everything you expect. Only negative was the room stayed cold even if you turned the aircon up. Room was cold, bathroom is marble walls, floor so really cold on the feet. Would be great in the summer but in February its not great. Other than that its clean, tidy and well worth the money. I really like the staff and the restaurant area is great for cocktails, food or even just sit for a coffee.
