Just an average hotel in a dirty suburb, restaurant is as bad as it comes, front desk overstaffed but only one person working everyone else just looking blaze, ugly hotel, interior makes no sense.....

Vil ikke overnatte her igen. Hamrende irriterende med usædvanligt mange lukkede branddøre. Skulle mase mig igennem med 2 kufferter og halvdelen skal åbnes indad. Det er desuden gulvtæppe på gangene, der besværliggør kørsel med kufferter. Var helt ødelagt i skuldre og arme.

This is a good hotel if you fly in late or need to leave early at Gatwick airport. Hotel has a shuttle to the airport for a small charge.

Good property, very convenient and comfortable for my overnight layover. The gym was not great- limited equipment and half the equipment was broken. But excellent restaurant!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo. The staff were very friendly and so willing to help in any way possible. Mostly I wanted to sleep after a very long flight. One point to consider if I stayed there again would be to bring toiletries like conditioner, hair lotions and potions. There were a few available for purchase at the hotel but not what I wanted. I could not find a store in walking distance to buy them. Older style hotel but very nice. The staff are this hotel's best Asset.

Was an excellent landing spot as I arrived from the US headed to Africa. Comfortable and clean. I was able to order room service and utilize the front desk in organizing a taxi. There is a shuttle but it takes time!

Very close to the airport, the restaurant although we didn’t use it looked fantastic. If you arrive close to midnight there’s very very few options for food/snacks.

Located across from terminal 5 the hotel is conveniently located. Some public areas are dated but the rooms and bathrooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Dinner was only so-so.

The hotel was average but the gentleman at the reception desk who checked us in was exceptional. We had a problem with our rental car return which took about an hour to clear up and he helped us through the difficulty very patiently and kindly. I failed to get his name, which i regret, because he went above and beyond the call to help us. The hotel itself was average, but we booked it because of its convenience to Heathrow Airport.

The customer service was great and the room was very nice and has nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. The location has nice transportation options to the airport like hotel link or public busses. The restaurant options are limited to certain hours and There is no early check in without a charge. There is luggage storage in case you want to go to the city. I had stay here several times and I will be back. It feels like a boutique hotel at reasonable price.

Quite a basic hotel Arrived at 22.20, dropped of luggage in the room and went to the bar. Told I only had a choice of about 4 things in the menu as the full menu not available past 10pm!!! Would expect more. Room adequate but small. Wouldn’t stay here agsin as far better hotels at LHR. Price paid was about £100 so not cheap.
