Dejligt hotel
Flot hotel med rigtig fin rengøring. Eneste problem var alt for stort pres på elevatorerne, så man skal vente længe for at komme med.

Alt i alt et godt ophold, vi fik vires værelse allerede kl 11, da vi ankom tidligt! Sengene var lidt hårde. God beliggenhed i godt kvarter med restauranter og tæt på metro.

Beskidt og nedslidt. Elendig wifi. To af fire elevatorer kørte ikke i fire dage. Fik først et værelse med fluer og hår på badeværelset. Fik så et andet værelse, hvor den mangelfulde rengøring blot havde efterladt et pænt støvlag på mange overflader. Et “rent” lagen havde røde og sorte pletter, som kunne skrabes af. Dårligt indeklima. Har ikke oplevet et hotel, hvor der var så stor afstand mellem pris og kvalitet - på den dårlige måde. Venligt personale, men ude af stand til f.eks. at levere enkeltdyner, da “efterspørgslen er så stor, at vi ikke har nok til alle”.

Super placering men en del mangler…
Elevatoren skrabede på når den kørte - lød ikke betryggende. Sengen knirkede som bare pokker. Opfyldning af vand, kaffe og småkage var ikke en fast rutine ifm rengøring. Placeringen var super med adgang til 3 undergrundslinjer. Manglende forståelse ifm booking af taxa og sted til afholdelse af online møde. Opfyldning i morgenmadsbuffet var mangelfuld. Men placeringen opvejer for rigtig meget af ovennævnte.

Fint hotel, fint værelse, rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var super med stort og varieret udvalg. Personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme. God beliggenhed, (det kan anbefales at gå en tur i Little Venice lige bagved hotellet) kan klart anbefales

Perfect location for our hop on and off bus tour. Decent amount of food options around, and easy to walk 15-20 to nearby Kensington gardens, Little Venice and more.

Most rooms have king beds, are modern and in great condition. It has multiple places to eat casually and is often busy with meeting and business groups. It seems to also be a favorite of the pilots and air crew for british airlines. Activity on the first floor continues much later than the rest of london with a very metro bar and cafe staying open late.

Nice and well maintained. Oxford and Hyde park are close by. A lot of great restaurants in the back of the hotel and Mark and Spencer is just in front to get some sandwiches and salads if you want to relax in your room after walking all day. We really enjoyed our stay

When I left the luggage in the lobby. The staff was not cooperative to pass me the name card for storage. He asked me how your luggage can be recognized. How did he know the luggage is mine. It is impolite and not cooperative. This is very bad. I have a feeling of I insultation.

Massive hotel on Edgeware Road - clean and efficient. Car park seems to be owned by a separate group and is very expensive. I was charged more than the displayed prices. For the price of the rooms you would expect some kind of discount on parking but I guess that's central london. Location is great for tubes and the restaurants down Edgeware Rd. Paddington Basin is a short walk and worth a visit

We stayed in the older section of the Hotel, the room was quite large. The Bathroom does need upgrading (some mold in the corner) but overall great for a family of 4.

The hotel is a good location. It is a very nice hotel. The staff were all super friendly. Loved the special Lego in reception. The room was tidy and very quiet. The bathroom lets it down a lot. It needs refurbishing completely and our bath had rusted enamel. Breakfast was no good either. I would definitely stay again and enjoyed myself

The hotel is for us too much dated and especially with a family room the bathroom is too small. The hotel is close to the underground and a hop on hop off bus drives by, but this together with the cars makes it noisy. Lastly the breakfast is overloaded between 9 to 10 am. On the day we left there was a huge queue so we were glad we went earlier.

For a 4 star hotel I had expected more... The furniture was very dated and very dirty under the bed. Carpet felt like it was never vacuumed. Breakfast was the highlight.

There is no soundproofing between the rooms. We had an awful night’s sleep on our first night because the guests in neighbouring rooms were noisy and we were woken repeatedly by them talking and laughing and people running down the corridor. The next day we asked if we could change rooms and we’re told the only available room was next to a service elevator. The staff member who dealt with us did not apologise for our poor nights sleep or offer any other suggestion or solution or indeed compensation. We had to endure a second night which was much the same as the first.

Stay good until fire alarm went off 3 times in the night, went down three times. Set off by customer-we learnt later. The staff were disorganised, did not give clear or audible instructions, customers wandering around not knowing what was happening or what to do. Access stairs to first floor not accessible without going up 5 floors and down again which we had to do 3 times. Staff were not proactive in letting customers know what to do or what was happening. Complaint made in morning and given a free breakfast. Learning needs to happen from this as if it was a real fire lives would be at risk.

Our emergency evacuation procedures, including evacuation points, are displayed in every guest bedroom and fire marshals will be located there to ensure you are kept fully informed when it situation is investigated and it is deemed safe to return to the building. Please be assured that we have regular fire safety training and audits to ensure our procedures will keep everyone safe.I'm delighted that you were offered breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, in recognition of the inconvenience you'd experienced. Lots of mould in the bathroom. Also lack of shower gel which was an oversight. totally dissapointing stsy
