Choose another hotel in the area
The room was made up for us, when we arrived, yet the bins had not been emptied, there was a used soap in the bathroom and one of the towels was clearly used before we came. The furniture was worn and dated, and so was the bathroom suite. The toilet was extremely loud for a long time when flushed, for example. The water cooling machine did not work on our floor and the common toilets downstairs were dirty and had no toilet paper. Our room was not made up by the housekeeping on the second day, and when I asked the reception staff about this, because we needed more toilet paper, I was told that there was no housekeeping because of covid restrictions - and that if we wanted housekeeping, we should tell them 24 hours in advance. They did send someone up with more toilet paper after around 30 minutes. Yet, we had not been informed of having to request cleaning during the booking process, or when we checked in. The remote could turn on the television, but could not turn any of the channels on, and the advertised streaming from a device did not work. The hotel internet was very poor. It worked better when sitting in a restaurant across the street than from inside the room. There was a lot of noise from people in the corridors all through the night and in the morning, as the door was not very sound-proof. All in all a very, very expensive price (585 pounds for two nights with no breakfast) and a very, very poor quality for a hotel that claims to be four star. The only redeeming feat

Ingen god oplevelse
Generelt ingen eller dårlig service. Dyrt iforhold til faciliteter. Opleves ikke som 4 stjernet hotel. Vi havde bestilt og betalt for 3 Pers men der var kun redt op til 2 Pers. Der kom efterfølgende en ekstra seng men ikke ekstra håndklæder. Kedeligt værelse og ingen rengøring / rede senge / tilbud om nye håndklæder i løbet af de to dage.

Dont stay here.
The bedsheets had some stains on them. Room temperature was around 35c, and no way to cool it down or control it. No hot water in the morning, slow internet and general a lot of noise. I have stayed in 50 euro german autobahn hotels that were much better than this one,

Er hotel af ældre dato. Det ser pænere ud på billederne, end det er i virkeligheden. Det er små værelser, som er slidte og bærer præg af gammelt.

Hotellet lå meget centralt i forhold til Tower of London og Liverpool Street Station. Flot område med et mix af gamle smukke bygninger og nye moderne højhuse.

Fin service hele vejen igennem.
Vi ankom lige efter midnat og vores værelse var åbenbart givet til andre.... Så vi fik 1. nat en en skøn suite, inden vi fik vores værelse næste dag. Absolut en fin ordning også for os. Fin service hele vejen igennem, alle var flinke og hjælpsomme. Vil gerne anbefale til andre.

We loved our 3 day stay at Club Quarters Hotel. The location was perfect from which to explore the city. The room decor is dated but everything was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. All the staff, especially Loum at reception, were professional, polite and helpful. Thus was an altogether lovely stay.

Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in London. Easy access to both the train station (Stansted Express), busses and Underground. It's in the Financial District so can be quite busy during the week but we found it very easy to get around and would stay here again.

Room was good, first one the heater wasn’t working properly but they switched us to another room where the heat was working perfectly. Very helpful staff and were able to call us a cab when needed

Nice room, bit noisy but didn't impact too much. No iron, and couldn't connect phone to TV but those are just niggles. Would stay again

I’ve stayed there a number of times and you always know what to expect. Good value and a good location. Great restaurant downstairs, Wetherspoon's next door. What more could you want.

I had an amazing time at the club quarters hotel. I wrote at the special request that it was my birthday and they upgraded me to a bigger room with a view and a bottle of wine at no cost. Their customer service was top notch. Special thanks to Komeh , the gentleman who attended to me
