"Første gang på dette boutique-hotel, som ligger perfekt placeret i Milano. Personalet var super imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Næste gang vi er i Milano, skal vi bo der igen. Arrivederci! "

"Fint hotel med venlige og serviceminded personale. Dog er der ekstremt lydt, både når døre lukker og folk går til og fra. Der er sporvogne lige ude foran de værelser med balkon, som kan høres tydeligt med lukket dør."

"The hotel staff were the most kind and smiling people. Both the ones in the reception and at the front door. We received nothing but the most helpfull and positiv attitudes regarding our inquiries. The hotel has many 4-star facilities and complimentaries. The breakfast buffet may not have been the worlds most exceptionel food, but we were not missing anything. There were all sorts of pastries, crossaints, breadrolls etc. And also warm food as 3 different kinds of eggs. Bacon, sausages. Lots of fruit. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time, but the hotel had complimentary umbrellas we could borrow. Very strong ones in great quality. The only thing that would take the points but down, was the interior of the hotel bedroom. We thought it looked very outdated. The dark coloring of the furniture and walls. And it had obvious wear around the rooms edges, chair etc. But other then that, it was a amazing stay. Really close to the duomo church and shopping. Lots of nice restaurants in 10 min. Walking distance."

"Berna er rigtig godt med en god beliggenhed"

"Subpar hotel, which oversells itself with services that are either limited or pay per visit... First things first, there are redeeming features (always start with the good, they say). Area is great, rooms are decent, breakfast is not bad (but no revelation either). However... I had one positive encounter with a receptionist, who was lovely. The "main guy" there has a lot of attitude and addresses just about everyone in a condescending manner... When I inquired about access to the gym he spitefully said "I told you already, you have to get a separate key made for it". And he is right, he did. But I guess I didn't understand what he meant because how absurd is that? What a weird way to get access to a gym. Every single day you have to ask the receptionist for a separate key...!?!! As it turns out, the reason is that they only allow ONE at a time, because it's so small. On top of that, it's in the same area as the socalled spa (also an incredibly small area), which is not included. It's €30 per time and has to be reserved (none of which they told me upon arrival and none of which is clear from booking a room with them). This also means that you will likely experience that the place is booked for hours and that you can't access it... When I did finally go to this socalled "gym" / "spa", I found a tiny room with 3-4 basic machines and no dumbbells or free weights, as well as a few basic shower rooms with a steam area... Overall there are just much better options in Milan."

"Very good hotel "

"Vi havde booket værelse med to enkeltsenge, men fik en dobbelt. Fred være med det, det gjorde ikke noget, der var bare dobbeltdyne, så vi ringer ned og siger vi gerne vil have to enkelt, og de kommer ret hurtigt op med dem, dog uden at der er betræk på, det skal vi lige selv. De tilbyder os at bytte værelse dagen efter (vi ankommer meget sent) men det er ikke nødvendigt for os. Da vi kommer retur efter en dag med seværdigheder så har de redt op igen med dobbeltdyne, så vi skulle igen ringe ned og sige det fordi de havde efterladt dyner men ikke betrækkene. Lidt uheldigt, men det var også det eneste på service siden. Super søde og meget flinke. Hotellet ligger tæt på et hospital så meget udrykning kan høres og vinduerne er ikke så tætte, og vi boede selvfølgelig på den side af hotellet."
