Dejligt central beliggende. God service i både reception og restaurant. Selve hotellet og værelset er typisk engelsk og en smule gammeldags. Alt fungerede upåklageligt.

Dejlig sted med meget fin service
Centralt beliggende lige ved Lime station. Hotellet var overbooket den 1. nat, men de havde et værelse klar til os på en andet godt hotel i nærheden. Taxa frem og tilbage mellem hotellerne uden beregning. Fin og hjælpsom service. Intet at klage over.

Det må være byens bedste hotel , alt er top klasse , morgenmaden er vildt lækker , pool og en super hyggelig bar , så ligger det helt fantastisk i centrum

Udemærket hotel men heller ikke mere.
Udemærket hotel der ligger meget centralt. I gåafstand til næsten alt, Cavern Club, havnen osv. Vil nok sige at vi havde forventet mere ud fra den rating hotellet havde. Typisk engelsk hotel. Lidt koldt værelse. Udemærket morgenbuffet.

Great location and service
Great location for everything in Liverpool. Friendly staff willing to guide you in the right direction and allow flexibility. Stayed there for a Liverpool match and the busses to station leaves right outside the door

Marriott Liverpool Citycentre has a great location just a short walk from the pedistrian streets and other central sights. Nice service in reception, bar and restaurant and we will for sure book this hote again on our next tour to Liverpool.

Good and solid without impressing
Very central location and also a nice hotel, rooms a bit below what I normally experience from the Marriott, but otherwise everything was fine and very accommodating staff. Breakfast was okay without being very good. Rooms a bit dated and somewhat cold. But all in all, this hotel can be recommended for a few days in Liverpool

Perfekt ophold
Alt var fantastisk, god morgenmad, fantastisk personal. Vi kom sent om aften og der var slet ikke noget problem med check ind. Hotellet havde styr på alt. Anbefales !!!

Skuffende Marriott.
Marriott !! man tænker godt og lækkert hotel, men må sige at vi var skuffet, hotellet fremstår slidt på værelserne. Vi havde 3 af dem og alle var ens slidte. Morgenmaden var i top lækker med egen kok til at lave det du gerne ville have. Hjemme fra havde vi booket 2 værelser med single beds, men det ene værelse vi fik var en lille dobbeltseng, hotellet fortalte at man ikke kunne booke singlebeds, selvom man godt kan på Hotels.com !!! Det giver ingen mening. Få det venligst rettet.

Room is spacious and amenities is enough.It is not a quiet room, I sometimes hear people talking outside my room, i don't like the bathroom's facilities such as shower head.

Property location was fantastic. within walking distance of tons of things. The hotel itself, was okay. Our toilet had flushing issues. Took about 3 flushes just to get toilet paper down. Some stains on the bed, walls. There also was no fridge in the room which would of been nice for our drinks The cabinet that holds the tea and coffee also would not keep closed. It would open randomly- we wedged the delta notepad between the two drawers to make sure it stayed closed.

We arrived early and was told our room was ready but we would have to pay for early check in which we didnt pay. Was told to come back within an hour to check in. Had to pay for car parking as soon as we arrived.

Was emailed many times that Check In was at 3pm. I arrived at 3.30pm and was told to sit in the bar for 15mins because the room wasnt ready. Half an hour later i was told the room was ready but room was just half cleaned.
