"Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. "

"Staff was very accommodating! I came from out of town to have surgery and they were happy to let is check in early and gave us a room on the 1st floor next to the side door. They were happy to meet any of our needs. The best hotel stay I have ever had!"

"Room was clean, well designed, lighting was good, my kids loved the shower and the whole room. Especially 2 tvs, pool, large sofa. The people who worked there all hard working and very kind. Breakfast was just perfect for our family. hit the spot and although by the time we got to swim in the pool it was rather cold but my family enjoyed it even so. "The accommodations were what we expected. When we got to our room the first night, 6 police cars were in front of the hotel with a tow truck towing a car. The police were outside my room door until 2:30am waiting for a search warrant for the room across us. Other than that, the location was good and close to lots of restaurants."

"Vi havde brug for et billigt hotel til en enkelt overnatning på vej fra Dallas til Alexandria, og Super 8 Garland er godt til sådan et formål. Det er meget basic men rent og har store værelser med gode senge. Morgenmaden er ikke i den sunde ende, men hvis du kan leve med en kop tynd kaffe og en waffle eller donut kan det gå an. Dette hotel skal helt klart vurderes ud fra prisen, som er i den klart billige ende: 270 kr. pr nat, og derfor giver jeg det 4 stjerner. Men hvis du forventer et lækkert...
