Jeg kunne godt lide at hotellet var rent og nydeligt. Hvad jeg ikke syntes om var morgenmaden. Den levede ikke, på nogen måde op til hvad man kunne forvente, når man ser de billeder, som hotellet viser. Frugten var kedelig, og virkede ikke frisk. Skinke og ost var kun tilgængelig i ringe omfang. Det samme gjaldt æg og bacon, som endda kun, i bedste fald, var lunkent. Det burde stå under varmelamper. Værst var dog en morgen hvor vi kom i restauranten ti minutter efter dens åbning, og der stort set intet var at få. Tilsyneladende på grund af et stort samlet rejseselskab, som har fået adgang før alle andre. Noget sådant er køkkenet slet ikke gearet til. Så, alt i alt et ok ophold, men med en meget skuffende morgenmadsoplevelse.

Decent hotel
Clean and proper looking. The service was very quiet and not really welcoming, but not unfriendly, just very plain. The room was noisy as you could hear people through the ventilation and especially through the door.

Excellent dining options in the area...with close access to Lisbon's excellent metro system for accessing other parts of the city. After a long day touring and dodging tourists, it is nice to exit to an area less crowded.

The staff were very helpful. Normally I don’t buy the breakfast with the room. But breakfast was included. So happy that it was. The breakfast was delicious, many things to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff. Mattresses very hard, and carpets in hallway of floor #4 need replacing . Other floors have been updated so we think it’s a work in progress. Great location.

The hotel itself was fabulous and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but..i would have given this 5 stars but i am being a bit picky as the 4 usb ports for charging electrical devices were all not working. I had explained this to the management and they sent a man to investigate, who then called another man to investigate. Eventually after 2 days the engineer came and investigated again and that was it. No solution just a lot if investigating. Maybe it will be fixed soon in room 411. Apart from that all good except for the pavement outside being a bit precarious as there were some missing cobble stones
