OK hotel for spending a night close to the airport. Restaurant has a limited and not inspiring menu. No other restaurant in the neighbourhood. No shopping possibilities either

Great room for the price. Very close to the airport but also very isolated from dining places and other activities. The hotel offers dinner option but menu is very limited. Much better choices available if you can drive around or go to downtown Lisbon.

It was a music humming all night long. The tv control batteries were old I had to go downstairs looking for some, They turn off the ac during the day. Lacking management.

The property is close to the airport but a shuttle is not included in the high cost to stay at this property. There was an additional 5€ charger per person. The restaurant for dinner was horrible. The room was ok but very dated. The shower was poor, the shower head continued to rotate due to water pressure. I can’t believe Holiday Inn attaches their name to this property.

The hotel is in an industrial zone and very depressing. The shower flow was close to almost no water. In addition you could not control the water temperature. It went from scalding to incredibly cold. I complained and they immediately changed the shower head. The problem remained the same. The staff was wonderful and I felt sorry for them. Good that we we there for only two days

Place was great. Thought the bar/ restaurant would be a bit more. No beer on tap, chilled mugs/ dinner served only at certain times. We came mid afternoon thinking we could get a meal. But great little bar in the lobby- just missing a few things weary travellers might need. Very helpful. Convenient to the airport . Staff helpful.

If you’re going to get an early flight it ok for an overnight stay. No pool limited parking not a friendly area to walk around our room rug was so dirty that I wouldn’t walk bear foot on it.

Property was in a very industrial area with very little in way of off property amenities. Walked to where there were supposed to be restaurants but all 3 were closed at 7 pm & neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe. Hotel dinner was adequate but not great. Breakfast was good

Convenient to airport for early AM flight. Ample fresh breakfast buffet options. Comfortable rooms. On the negative side, no airport pickup possible upon arrival, only departure. Dinner at hotel (only real option in the area) not very good but at least available. Airport shuttle costs extra 5 Euros.

The staff was excellent. The property and our room was clean but a wee bit outdated. Location nowhere near restaurants is inconvenient but they do serve food onsite. We only had breakfast, but it was very good.

It's deceptive that the hotel uses the name "Airport" in their title. It makes one think that the hotel is at the airport, it was inconvenient to get to. Also, the sink was plugged and filled to the brim with water. We told the front desk and they said someone would come and fix it....of course no one did. It was the most expensive hotel of our entire trip and was the worst stay we've ever had. We couldn't even eat when we got there because the restaurant didn't open until 7 and we were starving. The front desk told us there was nowhere close by where we could eat.

Pretty much average airport hotel. Seemed to be surrounded by airport/industrial buildings and no eateries in sight other than the hotel restaurant that was meager and very limited in selection. Staff were all very pleasant.
