Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. "

Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

"We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. You need to look carefully how to ski back to the same escalator the first time you try it. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself was very pleasant although this is Meribel and you do not get a lot of room...

The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! "The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. Staff is great, though, everybody puts an effort in trying to make your stay better, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Despite the excellent staff...

"It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again."
