Meget dårlig oplevelse med indcheckning og udcheckning det tog 1.5 time at checke ind Og 1 time at checke ud Og det tog restauranten 3 forsøg at stege to æg så de var ok Alle med arbejdere vi var i kontakt med var meget flabet og direkte ubehagelige Den ene dag vi skulle være ved poolen blev hele området lukket fordi en havde smadret vinduet og smed genstande ud Det var lukket hele dagen hvilket jeg synes var meget overdrevet Vi fik først de genstande vi havde ved poolen sidst på eftermiddagen og der var en del ventetid Også ved spise steder

Could have been better
The hotel is too big which means long way from parking to room. Nothing is for free even not the coffee at the room (high level room)!! As I had to leave the parking garage I could not get out I did what I was told to do..!

Fint og stort hotel. ALT koster ekstra så vi kommer ikke igen - men ophold og værelse var fint. Bemærk et stort ekstra gebyr pr. nat på over 50$ - det er skjult i det med småt når man booker. Hvis man vil have vare lidt udsigt skal man opgradere ellers får man intet…

Better hotel keys. Room desk wasnt very clean. Light switches functional but somewhat messed up. Blackout curtains were good. Tv setup is great, you can pick your own source.

Rude customer service everywhere. $400/night for a view of the Bellagio water fountain. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Shower caulking was moldy black and pink. No refrigerator. Can rent one for $20. The pools were pretty but still just a pool. Overpriced. Won't come back.

Property is great but the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They upsell me on an upgrade for $85 more per night with a view of the pool and I get a room with a view of a parking lot. My original room had a view of the garden which would of been much better. I was charged early check in even though the new room wasn’t even ready. I had to complain multiple times and talk to management which took away from my weekend plans. In the end they refunded one nights upgrade. At this point I was like fine, just so I can stop dealing with it.

Property was nice and clean but the room needs some updates and replacing of broke/worn items. It made it feel gross and when you pay to “upgrade” it’s sad to get an old run down room.

It was good place to stay my only complaint is 1 night I was gambling and was there for 4 hrs and never once did a server stop and ask me if I wanted a drink they just walked by me as if I couldn’t afford to buy one

Great to say I had the experience of staying at Caesars. Bathroom was outstanding but, the room itself was like any other hotel room. Cheap ass toilet paper. The charges if you used the supplies giving to you was outrageous. You pay $54 a night for amenities but will charge you $20 for coffee Kcups. Come on, they should at least be free

The room is not clean, and they didn’t clean my room, when I asked for body wash, it took them an hour to deliver. The whole experience was terrible.

We love the Ceasars Palace. It is great. We stay here everytime we come with the kids, they love it. Their pools are amazing and I like that they are kid friendly. Staff are very helpful and often upgrade you with no problem. Our flight got here at 7 am and they were able to find us a room by 8:30am
