"Very very god house"

"This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."

"This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!"

"Large Building, lots of privacy.. no connection with the surrounding area.. we we're hoping for more nice views of the sea and neighbourhood.. the villa is Well equiped."

"We stayed for three weeks in December 23 Overall we enjoyed staying at this property, a few things needed attention, a very badly burnt microwave which was only replaced after two weeks. The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. The size of the property was perfect, close enough to walk to the local shops. Lots of beautiful light! Fantastic having two kitchens, plenty of pans,...

"Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)"

"The communication with the owner doesn’t exist. Doesn’t replay to nothing, not even in the check-out!!! The explanation for check-in was difficult. The house is dirty and old. Many things are broken. It’s not 200m from the beach."

"The owner was so generous. Had food and drinks ready for us and let us check out 5 hours late with no charge. She was super nice and accommodating. Made sure everything was perfect. The best place ive stayed yet"

"Everything with the house was accurate according to the listing. Pool guy came twice during the week. Only thing we missed was a pizza shovel for the pizza oven. But since we where the first ones to use the pizza stove it may not be a problem for other guest 😉"

"Dejligt værelse med stor balkon. Nemt at komme til de forskellige ting fra hotellet. Møblerne car dog lidt slidte med pletter, huller men bestemt ikke noget der betød noget "

"Dårlig rengøring ved ankomsten..... Køkkenudstyret på stedet på et absolut minimum. Airconditionanlægget fungerede dårligt.... Og larmede en del mere end gennemsnittet!"
