"Charmerende, velbeskyttet hotel midt i Ikoyi, centralt i Lagos. Med Uber kommer man overalt. Meget personlig service, problemer bliver angrebet straks og man modtager tilbageelding. Jeg sendte et par kjoler til vask. 2 tier senere var de klar. Perfekte. Rummene er rummelige, sengene gode. Aircon kan benyttes efter behov. Maden er fremragende. Alt i alt en meget, meget positiv oplevelse. Dette hotel ville jeg booke igen."

"We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Amara suites, caterer's court. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. It was centrally located for all sites in central Lagos, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki. The staff was very helpful and the check-in was smooth, starting with a complimentary airport pick-up. We felt secure in the compound with adequate security. It was a home away from home. The gym was well equipped . The only complaint is lack of towels cleaning tissues in the gym."

"Wonderful! This hotel was our home away from home. Everyone in the staff made us feel like we were family. When we would leave, someone was always at the door to greet us when we got back. You usually don't get that kind of attention from staff. Food was delish! My first taste of Nigeria, and they did not disappoint. "Second time here and enjoyed my stay each time. Staff are superb and location was central to all my business locations. The only negative was recurrent power failures though restored within minutes. "

"The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room"

" Stayed 2 nights feb 18. Check in: Early good. Dirty (filthy) carpet otherwise room okay but below standard of similar price hotels- Eko/ federal palace etc by far. Air con in room not working. Moved rooms. Upgrade good. Suite much better. Still bad carpets. No extra charge for upgrade. Pool area and outside bar not staffed so have to come in for drinks. Pool looked dirty so didn’t use. Inside bar also unstaffed but someone will come from reception if you want a drink....
