Skuffende oplevelse
Beklager med bliver nødt til at starte med det skuffende, så evt nye rejsende læser det. Hvis ser frem til fred og ro; så vælg IKKE dette resort. Det er øredøvende musik fra andre hoteller fra kl ca 9:30pm til 3am hver nat. Ørepropper er bestemt ikke tilstrækkelig. Resortet viser fiim ved poolen hver aften (vi var der i 3) I et forsøg på at overdøve musik fra andre hoteller er også denne lydfrrekvend ualmindelig høj. Den behageligt musik i restauranten kunne kun høres i spot, så det var umuligt at nyde sin dinner i den ellers fine resturant. Flot resort med hyggelige hytter. Ligger for enden af stranden. En skam at nabogrunden er faldefærdig og fyldt med skrammel. Det ødelægger helhedsindtrykket. Fint poolområde med håndklædeservice. Vandet var ikke klart. Ved ikke om det skyldes urent vand. Fin morgenmads buffet. Venligt personale. Poolbaren blev lidt stresset at holde med kun en bartender, der virkede som om han burde arbejde et andet sted. Alt i alt en noget skuffende oplevelse, hvor vi helt sikkert ikke kommer tilbage. Havde vi booket længere ophold, var vi blevet nødt til at finde et alternativ.

Fantastisk sted om dagen, mindre fantastisk om natten🙂🙈 Kan selv bare sove med ørepropper, men mange vil ikke bryde sig om højt techno musik til kl 3 hver nat.. Men kan man leve med det, så er det en drømme destination

Fint ophold
Der er gjort meget ud af omgivelserne på resortet. Bambus er gennemgående over alt hvilket giver et fedt udtryk. Restaurant og pool med udsigt til havet. Solen forsvinder dog tidligt på dagen. Massage tilbydes også med udsigt til havet, hvillet kan anbefales! Husene/værelserne er slet ikke lydisolerende. Alt kan høres også festerne (hele natten) et andet sted på øen. Trængt på værelse/især wc, da nøgle slukker for strøm, når man går. Rengøringen kunne være bedre. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme. Byen er i gåafstand.

Skønt sted
Dejligt hotel i udkanten af byen, men skønt poolområde ned til stranden. Der er meget lydt da hytter er bygget i bambus. Der kan være støj fra diskotek på stranden 2-3 dage om ugen, men ikke noget ørepropper ikke kunne klare. Meget god betjening og dejligt personale. God morgenmadsbuffet.

Hyggelige bambus hytter og god service
Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, med små fine bambus-hytter. Personalet var super søde, hjælpsomme og smilende. Dejlig restaurant med god mad + drinks. Det eneste minus var egentlig at der var så lyt i hytten. Og der var virkelig høj musik fra strandbarene, så det kneb med at falde i søvn om aftenen på trods af ørepropper som lå i hytten.

Dejlige dage på Phi Phi :)
Vi er på rundtur med vores børn og skulle selvfølgelige besøge Phi Phi, og faldt for CoCo Beach. Omgivelserne er SÅ smukke og en super fantastisk service. Hytterne er dog ret små når man skal bo 4 personer der :) Hotellet har en skøn pool med smuk udsigt samt massage ved poolen til mega gode priser. Morgenmaden er den bedste vi har prøvet i på et hotel i længe :) Alle medarbejder yder en uovertruffen service! DOG er stedet ikke særlig børnevenlig da nogen er en natklub og der spilles mega højt musik til 2-3 stykker om natten. Vi blev hentet ved molen da vi kom i land og fik hjælp til vores bagage - dette samme da vi skulle afsted igen. Det tager 10-15 minutter og gå til hotellet :) Alt i alt et skønt besøg :)

Superb!
In short words, an unforgetable time! Well managed hotel and a superb service and hospitality. The rooms were clean and exotc. The view from the pool is above expectation. Breakfast is broad with choises. Thu, I wished the chiken were Halal as it is the case with nearly all hotels in Phi Phi.

Sted og øer var helt fantastisk. Servicen var helt i top og vi manglede intet under vores ophold i dette smukke hotel, som er Bambushytter som ligger på stranden. Helt henrivende smukt. Dog er der støj om aftenen fra ca. 22-02 - fra den anden side af stranden, faktisk langt væk - men det giver genlyd fra bjergene. Så ørepropper er et must og de er tilgængelige på hotellet. Vi følte os så godt tilpas på stedet og nød meget den smukke ø. Dejlig restaurant med dejlig mad og drikke..

OMG!!!! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH. It is just in a perfect perfect perfect location, barely 8 min walk from the Tonsai pier. More importantly, their pool on the beach with a swim up bar is Just VIEWS FOR DAYS. They have hammocks & movies on the beach & the rooms aren't just rooms but private tiny bungalows all made out of Bamboo. This resort is so cutely luxurious & the staff & service is so friendly. DO NOT MISS. [yes, you will hear party noises till late from the opposite beach but you're in Phi Phi, so ...]

This property is awesome. If you want to go to a nice hotel this one is the best place,if you want to go with your kids it’s also a good place . The pier is very safe during the evening and the night, the food is also very good and the drinks too .

Staff were fantastic and very polite, the hotel is well looked after and really could not fault it. The pool was beautiful and the pool bar staff worked long hours and should be thanked. We stayed in row 6 cabins, and still heard loud music so I suggest use the ear buds the hotel provides.

I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault.

This is the third time that we stay at this exact hotel. We do so because the staff are wonderful, the huts are beautiful, the proper is magnificent and right on the beach And the breakfast is amazing. In the last couple years, we’ve taken family with us who have also absolutely loved it. Beware the island is small and very loud at night until 2 AM As you can hear music from yhe bars from across the water from all directions. I wear my earplugs and 2 AM It is quiet as can be.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel without looking at the reviews first. It’s all true. Let’s start with the good. The pool and the property grounds are nice. The porter that picks up your bags when you get off the ferry was great and check in was good. The bad, don’t stay here if you expect to sleep. It is so loud from across the bay and the beach clubs pounding away until 4 AM. It’s as if they are next-door. If you’re a light sleeper and your partner shuffles at all, the bed is made out of flimsy bamboo and you’re in trouble . After a day at the pool or exploring, sometimes you just want to come back and relax in you’re room and get ready for dinner and go out,Nope. that’s when they turn on their own loud music at 5 PM Instead of during the day when you are sitting by the pool. And good luck getting any lateness or friendliness from staff during the day at the restaurant or the pool not even a hello. We stayed two nights and checked out two nights early. We’ve never done that before. This is not the normal Thai experience.

We were expecting noise as had an email prior to arrival.... but not to the level we experienced! Whole place vibrated until 3am every night! earplugs didnt block sound. Initial reaction place looked lovely, pool warm and dirty, water greasy and full of flies. Aircon useless, very hot and uncomfortable 2 night stay. On arrival given key, no directions or instructions re breakfast, room etc... disappointing greeting.

Do not stay at this hotel! We dismissed the reviews about the loud music at night as we are a young couple who are usually out and about late anyway but in 3 nights we've had about 6 hours sleep combined! Music from the nearby bars stops at 3/3:30. You can hear the music pretty much word for word. We could also hear every word from outside the huts too, even the shower from next door when it was on. We had also spoke to others around the pool area who felt the fact same, one actually having to check out a night early due to it! Staff around the pool bar were super slow and more interested in watching the football/sports on their small TV. Lovely pool area, water is salt and doesn't cool you down much a it's like getting into a warm bath this is no fault of the hotels, it doesn't help it being 32-35 degrees in the peak hours of the day. The tide is only in until about 1/2pm so the views are washed up boats, plastic bottles and dead jelly fish. A friend of ours staying in another room had food poisoning (not sure if it was necessarily from the hotel food as this was actually really nice and possibly the only positive) and when we asked for water at the hotel reception at 7:30am they were told they weren't allowed to give it out until 8am and all the local shops were closed and bar to purchase. Steer clear of this hotel!

The grounds were beautiful and right on the beach. The pool was big and fantastic. Close to town to walk for restaurants and shopping. The individual huts were so charming and tropical feeling. The staff was so gracious.

Property and staff were amazing but… there are some bars down the street that BLAST electronic music until 2:30am. The bass penetrates everything and it is impossible to sleep. Do not stay here if you want a good nights rest.

TERRIBLE Una experiencia desagradable, por la noche hay un ruido insoportable de un bar que está como a 500 metros, el hotel envía esta alerta de ruido una vez que ya se ha reservado y que está cerca la fecha de entrada por lo que o no se puede cancelar o ya no hay muchas opciones de hospedaje dejan tapones para los oídos, la alberca MUY SUCIA agua amarilla, las cabañas están bonitas pero el espacio es INSUFICIENTE demasiado pequeñas queda muuuy lejos de todo, su playa no es bonita de tarde baja la marea y desaparece la playa finalmente el día de salida ellos te ayuda a llevar las maletas pero es a su tiempo y esperan a que todos los huéspedes que van a salir se junten de tal manera que si alguien va tarde hay que esperarlo y no hay forma de que ellos te lleven antes, en general soy muy tolerante con los hoteles pero esta vez no veo muchos puntos a favor, el personal es amable nada más, no veo tampoco un Olis en la atención.

Motto, Pammy (front desk) and Bond (boat driver) were extremely kind and helpful. CoCo Beach is really unique. The huts are made out of bamboo so you can hear noises and music at night. But if you are prepared for it then it is manageable. The hospitality was worth it.

This place is one of the best properties on Phi Phi. The pool is amazing! You stay in your own lil hut right on the beach. You can be away from the downtown parties, but a short walk if you wanna be in the night life. Staff is amazing!

Property had loud music till 4am on first night. When we arrived from ferry had to bring all our bags to resort which was 1/2 a mile walk In blistering sun and humidity. The pool was green and not well kept. Staff was very friendly

A cool property on Phi Phi. Love the individual bungalows/huts. Beautiful view on the water and nice pool. Great wifi with smart tvs, AC is great in the room. Bed was comfortable. It is loud at night but the whole island seems to be. Staff was great and accommodating the entire stay

Amazing
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 3 nights it is absolutely stunning like a tropical paradise. The pool area is also fab and right next to the beach. I did read reviews about the noise before we came and was a little worried but it wasn’t an issue for us. I’m not sure if this is because our hut was towards the back in the garden section but it didn’t really bother us at all. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Ear plugs required on an evening
The hotel is beautiful and the pool bar and staff are super. During the day the hotel is incredible. However when the sun light goes. The neighbouring bars and restaurant crank up the volume of the music and this goes on until 4:30AM every morning. Every guest were complaining but with the rooms made from bamboo the hotel staff can’t do anything else. Overall a great hotel for location and during the day.
